Villa was exquisite,very spacious, and contains everything you will need whilst you are there. Sue was excellent and extremely helpful as was mehmet the caretaker. Pool was clean as was the rest of the villa, very spacious and completely private. Cannot fault anything aboutthe villa and the location is beautiful. Would recommend to anyone wishing to travel to south turkey and would definately book again.

The time I spent in Kaplumba villa (9 days )was one of my best holidays ever, and I've been to quite a few in different countries.  Sue, the owner, was so nice and helpful. She was so flexible regarding check in and check out time. I arrived late and left late due to my flight timing. The villa itself is wonderful. On top of a hill all by itself which gives you great privacy and overlooking the whole area with lots of green surroundings. 5 minutes drive to the beach. Quite area with resturants and shops a couple of minutes away by car. 10 -15 mins walk. 
The villa is very clean , spacious, and comfortable. 
Outside, the pool is the ice on top of the cake. Have a swim, day or night or just relax in the sun or in the shade. 
Caretaker is a very nice and helpful guy. A file is available with all the details of the villa and the area. Which will give you a very good idea where and how to go. 
All in all. I'd recommend this place for any group or family who look to enjoy a nice holiday with privacy. Hope to go there again soon.

We were a party of 4 adults and 5 children. We stayed for a week in August 2016. We had an excellent experience at this villa. 

Sue was extremely helpful and good at keeping in touch. The local team of people looking after the villa were also very helpful and came over quickly when needed e.g. we wanted extra internet data to watch HD movies so Mete came and sorted it out for us on the same day. They were also very good in recommending local attractions and bazaars (though there was already a lot of useful information in the welcome book).

The air conditioning was great and very consistent as temperatures outside were in the mid to high 30's. The pool was perfect and our kids simply didn't want to leave the villa, even to sightsee. The villa is quite secluded which was great for privacy - the kids could be as loud as they wanted at all hours. We hired a minivan and though the approach to the villa is a little steep and on a slight twist, it was not difficult to get used to. The beach and local market were nearby and sightseeing locations such as waterfalls and ruins were all within 1 hours drive. 

This villa is well looked after and we are very happy to recommend it to others.

We stayed in late July and were a family of five with children aged 13, 11 and 10 and I have to say this place is ideal.  The property is as advertised and it was perfectly air-conditioned in all rooms to avoid the toasting temperatures outside.  Throughout the booking process and stay the owner Sue was easily contactable and provided prompt replies to all queries and was an excellent source of honest information (not always true of owners :-) ).
The villa itself and critically the pool is perfectly secluded,  a key requirement for my wife and I (and not because of my noisy kids!) that it was sometimes easy to forget there was anyone around at all other than the odd passing of a vehicle on the road down below.
We had a hire car and this is a must for the villa, as even the local shop is a bit of a trek and not one you want to do in the heat.
We stayed just under 2 weeks and as others have stated most of the time was easily spent in the pool with kids as they just didn't want to leave (it is actually bigger in real life than we expected too!). Other time was spent visiting the great beaches in the locality with excursions booked to do white water rafting (a must-do recommendation for all) and Jeep Safari.  Having a hire car we also did a visit to Konya (resting place of Maulana/Mevlana Rumi) and although my wife's nerves were completely frayed on the journey (approx. 150 miles) I can honestly say the views driving through the Taurus mountains were breathtaking and ones I definitely recommend.
All in all a great stay and a villa I would recommend to all.

Our family (3 adults and 4 kids) stayed at Villa Kaplumba mid July 2016. Before our stay, we had excellent communications with the owner Sue who is super friendly and helpful and always replied quickly answered all our queries. When we arrived at the Villa it was exactly as described. The weather was extremely hot in July but that did not cause us any problems as the ACs worked superbly throughout the villa and not forgetting the good size pool to cool us down during any time of the day even used it in the evenings. The location was remote and very peaceful giving us excellent privacy and we did not need to quieten our kids while playing and you also get a feel for the local culture. Local shops and restaurants were nearby. Beaches, markets and all sorts of tourist attractions were also nearby. A car is definitely needed and the road leading to the villa is a little challenging but after a few times you get used to it. Overall it was an amazing villa and peaceful local location, we will definitely visit again and can only recommend it.

The villa was amazing, it was clean and beautiful both inside and outside. The representative mehmet was very helpful and always available when needed which was very handy. As for the owner Sue she is extremely helpful and enjoyable to speak to which made booking the villa and finding out information beforehand very easy and pleasant. Overall 10/10 and definitely will be recommending to others.

We found this villa to be maintained to a very high standard and the service offered from the owner and maintenance staff was outstanding. We never felt out of touch.
The location was away from the busy areas, hence peaceful and quiet yet at the same time nested just behind the main motorway for easy access. And the main resorts begin just the other side of the motorway.

The swimming pool and provided patio furniture complement the size of the villa so theres plenty of space for large groups to enjoy the pool/area together.

The garden is well maintained and includes all manner of fruit trees.

Inside the villa, the AC units work perfectly for those hot sticky days. All rooms are very well kept and above acceptable in size.
The good sized balconies attached to the rooms offer a nice additional touch should one not want to venture downstairs to enjoy the sun.

The bath/shower rooms are also well maintained with good water pressure and easy access for anyone with limited mobility.

This villa is perfect for those who want to be around the main resorts yet in a peaceful, quiet and discreet location.

This is an excellent property with all rooms spacious and well decorated.  The location is good for touring the area, quiet but with easy access to the main road.

We found the presence of 10 CCTV cameras linked to a multi-channel recorder intrusive.  Particularly the camera covering the living area.  The high intensity security lights meant that all rooms were floodlit throughout the night and, for us, interfered with sleep.

I think the management had an off time while we stayed.  We waited half an hour by the road waiting for the rep.  He suggested we could shop before going to the villa.   We should have done.  There was no welcome pack and the kitchen had none of the normal consumables e.g. salt, pepper, washing up liquid etc.  On the 9th day I rang to request the ‘weekly’ linen change.  Strangely there was no information pack or book for guest comments.

This is one of the best villas I have stayed at and if you are not disturbed by the security and now know the need for a comprehensive shop then this can be a good base in the area.

We rented the Villa Kaplumba end Aug 2014. Party of 9!! The villa lived up to our expectations, and we had a great holiday during our stay at the villa. The management team were very friendly and helpful. The villa is very large and nicely kept. Air-condition in all rooms. All rooms large and nice. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully supplied, with all you need to cook and prepare. A very nice sized pool area.There is even a small kids pool (very small 1*1 meter). There’s a few small supermarkets and a good gym aprox 2 km from the house.Due to the location a hire vehicle is a must. we had the most fantastic week at this villa, and can highly recommend the villa, hopefully visit again very soon. Sue the owner was also great with any concerns we had.

In the period of 29. July to 5. Aug 2014, did we rent the Villa Kaplumba.
One Family of two adults and five teenage children. The villa lived 100% up to our expectations, and we had the most amazing vacation during our stay at the villa. Everything were perfect, from the early planning, and booking of the villa. The correspondence with the owner, Sue, who were very helpful in all regards, from answering our questions, to helping us with advice of, where to rent a large car suitable for a family of 7 persons (a car is necessary due to location of the villa).
The villa is very large and nicely kept. Exactly as we expected from the pictures. Air-condition in all rooms. All rooms large and nice. Very comfortable beds. Extra lined available. The kitchen was fully supplied, with all you need to cook and prepare. There were a lot of glasses and a good dishwasher.  In the living room there were games and movies to free use. Lots of space.
The outdoor areas are very nice too. There’s a barbecue, nice green trees, no grass, but a very nice sized pool surrounded by a pretty big pool area. The balcony provides plenty of shade, during the day, when the sun is warmest, if you don’t prefer to lay on one of the many sunbeds. The pool is 1,6 m deep. There is even a small kidspool (very small 1*1 meter).
The villa location of the Villa Kaplumba very perfect for us. No next door neighbors, thus we could play in the pool at any time of the day/night, and still be private. 
There’s a few small supermarkeds aprox 2 km from the house. There’s a very nice beach 10 minutes drive from the house.
All in all….we had the most fantastic week at this villa, and can highly recommend the villa.
