My family and I have just returned from a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Jasmine. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need, so it really is a home from home. My whole family particularly enjoyed the lovely pool, which never seems to be crowded.  We have visited Yalikavak before and it was lovely to return, as it is a charming seaside town. Dawn and Norman from the villa management company were also very helpful and gave us some good tips with regard to eating out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Jasmine, it really is a wonderful villa in a beautiful location.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at the villa Jasmine. There were 7 of us but plenty of space in the bedrooms, and the communal areas. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed using the pool. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed and the kids loved the PS2 which gave the adults a chance to relax. A short walk into the village and with shops including baker, greengrocer and butcher only round the corner it couldn’t have been better situated. The rooftop terrace allowed us to dry our clothes easily - important with a 1 year old!! Can’t fault the property and the owner was easy to deal with and answered all our questions promptly, we were met on arrival and again at departure so no hassle with keys. Would visit again with no reservations.

We had a superb 2 week stay in this great villa. Azelea complex is beautiful and well located for everything in Yalikavak.
 The villa itself is really well furnished and the proximity to the pool is amazing! Absolutely beautiful - would highly recommend. 
Booking was really easy, great communication from owner and the site managers Dawn &amp; Norman were really helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

We stayed at villa Jasmine for a week in August 2015 with our 3 teenage children.  The villa is clean and spacious with everything you need and is very well positioned next to the pool.  The pool is large so although most of the other villas on the complex were occupied, it never felt overcrowded.  There are a number of good supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk from the villa plus a bakery shop  where you can pick up lovely fresh bread every morning,.  The owner was very helpful throughout the booking process which was quite straight forward.  Yalikavak is a pretty beach resort with plenty of excellent restaurants along the beach which is only a few minutes walk for the villa.  The food is generally good quality and very good value and the staff always friendly.  It also has a traditional Turkish area in the centre of the village and on the edge of the village there is an very upmarket marina  - so something for everyone.  Highlight of the trip for my children was the day at the waterpark and a scuba diving day.  There is also a very good reliable dolmus service so you can easily visit many of the other local beaches without having to hire a car.  We had a fabulous holiday at villa Jasmine and will  definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Jasmine. It is a very spacious and well located villa. The pool is lovely and directly outside. Janet ( the owner ) was wonderful to deal with &amp; Dawn/Norman who look after the villa in Turkey were really helpful and nice. Overall I would highly recommend this Villa for a family holiday.

The villa is on a well maintained site within walking distance of Yalikavak.  The villa itself is well equipped and clean and in the perfect position by the pool.  We would definitely return to the villa and Yalikavak.

4th time stay in Yalikavak and 3rd in the Azelea villas . Great location an easy 5-10 min walk in to town , 2 new supermarkets within a very short walk . Comfortable villa with 3 good bedrooms and 2 shower rooms . Would stay again .

well furnished, clean and equipped villa, superb location nice, short walk to Yalikavak with gorgeous restaurants and shops, lovely pool and grounds will definatley be returning had a fantastic holiday!!!

A beautiful, clean villa, furnished to a high standard and situated in a prime spot on the complex.
The villa is extremely well equipped and the owners have provided everything you could possibly need - The board games and PS2 are great for getting the children out of the midday sun!
Management are very efficient and deal with any issues promptly.
I would definitely return to the villa and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to others. 
Do take a torch as the roads are unlit at night!
