The Apartment was perfect.  In a lovely spot, very peaceful.  We spent time on the roof top, making the most of the glorious weather.  Supermarket was within walking distance, had everything we needed.  If we visit this part of Spain again we would definitely book this Apartment  again.  Thank you Glyn

This is honest review ( the last being 2016 ) i booked this apartment on comments from the past ! do not believe this property is a 10 because it is not ! I will start with the cleanliness of the place , it was bad,very bad the cleaner needs to be replaced with someone who cares !! The fan in bedroom one has half an inch of dust on it !( if a hoover had been supplied,we would have cleaned it ! The furniture needs taking out of all the rooms one by one and full cleaning is required ( YOU PAY FOR IT ! ) i expect or should say expected this apartment to be clean,as it has English owners. The kettle,well ! it needs throwing ( LIMESCALE ) Toaster what a joke ! . The mention of comfort in the past ? the only thing i can think of was they had a different bed ( BECAUSE OURS WAS LIKE A BRICK ) the settee ,one, settee for two, the apartment is for 5 ( well 4 really ) where do the other people sit ! i forgot there was a rocking chair ! yes i could go on and on, and if you are thinking this can't be true IT WAS ! ps i forgot the bathroom smell ! the best thing was the solarium .

This was our second visit to this apartment, we love the area and the apartment is excellent, clean, well equipped and great value of money. communication with the owner is easy &amp; he is always prompt to respond to any question. The check in/out is excellent, particularly accommodating for early or later arrivals/departures. 
The views from the roof terrace are excellent &amp; I cant think of a better place sit and watch dusk set. Beaches in this area are within a short drive &amp; we particularly like Le Mata, a short drive away. I would recommend a car for getting about but the lovely town square at Los Montesinos makes for an ideal evening stroll to enjoy food and drink.

Arrived at apartment and were met by Sam,who showed us all around.Lovely roof top terrace for nice meals or sunbathiing, and a nice balcony for a glass of wine or two in  the evening! Kids loved the pool, which was in the next street, and used it every day(though watch out for the"POOL POLICE"). Local bar excellent for a drink and to get to know the locals, who are very friendly! Lovely beaches close by, our favourite being Cabo Roig.
    Many thanks to owner Glynn who has been helpful all the way through, and we will definitely be booking again.

This was a lovely apartment, it had access to a roof terrace which offered lovely views of the surrounding area, there were loungers and chairs available making it a lovely area to sunbath or just relax. The area is excellen, lovely and quiet within easy walking access to the town, although a car is recommended if like us you go to the beach.

The welcome wos lovely and the owner was happy with our arrival and departure time, we didnt have to be there after a certain time or arrive after a certain time as with others. 

We would definitely book this apartment again

 The property was as described, well maintained and very clean. The solarium on the top floor was very spacious and great for relaxing, sunbathing and watching the sun set with a G&T. The swimming pool is directly across from the apartment and this is also well maintained. There is a fantastic beach about 10 mins away, and we found a good selec tion of bars and restaurants in the local village, Los Montesinos. We will definitely stay at this property again.
