Over all a brilliant villa.

10 participants stayed in this accommodation perfectly easy, beds were comfy and almost every room had a on suite. 

Only trouble I had with this villa was at the beginning upon arrival. I entered the arrival times in the villa however when we arrived the owner said we had to wait 30 minutes due to not knowing the time.

When we got to the house the parents arrived in less then half hour to be fair which was brilliant.

However they couldn't speak English and this was a problem. The daughter who spoke fluent English and Croatian was used as an interpreter.

The father then showed me the rules and basics of the house. He then asked for the payment of the breakage deposit fee. This was confusing as I know I had paid this over rental systems. He was not convinced and after about 40 minutes of calm arguing he rang dean the owner (son) and this was quickly sorted as he knew I paid.

My advice is make sure you print all your payment slips, recipets everything you have on the details of the villa. Because I wouldn't of had a leg to stand on if so.

When he realised he was deeply sorry gave me 2 keys and left. 

After that was all blown over we went down to lidal about 10 minutes walking down the road and carried on with the holiday.

I highly recommend the villa, very nice pool and outside area
