We stayed in the villa for the 3rd week of our holiday after spending time with family, who stayed here with us also. The villa was fantastic, with everything you needed to have a great holiday.  Within a great resort with use of the clubhouse if you so desired. Had contact with the maintainence on our first day, who came to ensure we had arrived an settled and we were able to ask any questions. 
The villa was clean, and all appliances were relatively new and worked well. Only issue was the ice dispenser in the fridge wasn’t working, but was easy enough to buy bags of ice and keep in the freezer. 
I purchased a parasol for the poolside table as the villa didn’t have one.
We look forward to using the villa in future and would highly recommend it.

Great place had everything needed and in excellent location for Disney parks .
Only had one problem with a leak from the air conditioning but this was rectified quickly when reported .
We had a fabulous holiday and found the villa clean ,comfortable and spacious , we did however have to clean the outside pool each morning if we wanted to use it and didn't see anyone else come to clean it as we have at previous villas.
