This could be a lovely apartment it is a great size and location on the complex is good but it is need of modernisation especially the bathrooms.  It was lacking in some basic items there is only one bedside table in downstairs bedroom and no bin in either downstairs bedroom or bathroom, we just had to use carrier bags.  The apartment was not as clean as we would have lided, the sofabed was grubby and we were pleased we did not have to use it to sleep on and quality of some of the bedding was poor.

Location of the apartment is perfect, nice resort and beautifull situated between the golf courses. 
Only must be reported that the runway of incoming air traffic is right above the apartment. Now we had no troubles with it.

Apartment was clean. 
Few points. A spring of the bed in the master bedroom was broken (need to be repair), the sofa bed in the living room is need of replacement. 
Cookware set is also in need of replacement. Jacuzzi was much lime in. Swimming pool was fine, pool bar is closed in winter. No WI-FI on the park.

Swimming Pool at the right site is heated, the other one not (two swimmingpools and not four). You can only access these with a key, thats is very good.

Entertainment on the park is oke, lot of English people. 

Tip for the next time: Please add more good pictures (overview) of the sight from the balcony, i think there will come more bookings.

I have just returned from having a very relaxing week at this villa. On arrival we were greeted by the owners agent, who showed us round the villa and the mains services. All beds were made for us and the villa was  found to be in a clean and tidy manner. There was also a information pack with the agents 24 hour contact number, however we had no reason to call.

The  Palms resort its self has 4 very large  lagoon swimming pools, that were cleaned every day. the complex bar was friendly, with some excellent entertainment. The thing we liked most about this villa was that during the dark hours it was quiet. However if you wanted night life, the strip and Sand Blast were only a short walk. 

In summary we found the villa great value, and will return again.

I visited this property christmas last year it was great I found the appartment very specious indeed there was plenty of room and very good value for money will be visting again this year!!!! A+++
