We had an excellent experiance renting this villa. It was in the perfect location for our needs. The villa was of exceptional standard, the management company were excellent and sorted any little problems we had promptly and efficiently. I would definatly book this villa again and recommend to friends.

this property is excellent in every way. spacious, clean , and equipped with everything any family could possibly want and more! If you are taking a baby with you it has everything for your baby, all in good condition and spotlessly clean, high chair, travel cot, buggies, even a car seat! We were a family of 7 adults and a one year old baby and we had a wonderful holiday at Tropical Haven. The master bedroom and the en-suite bathroom are wonderful, all the rooms are large and beautifully furnished.The management company are friendly and very helpful any minor problems are sorted out immediately. we can thoroughly recommend that if you have a large family or a baby stay at Tropical Haven.

Nice location and nice pool and spa. If you are looking for a 5 star then its not for you but if you want a clean villa with all amenities for a good deal I would suggest it.

<p>Rented in Dec 13, plus points were the gas heated pool and hot tub, both of which were maintained at a comfortable temperature for use throughout despite it being a cool time of year. The pool gets sun from late morning (c11.00am) until practically sun down (partially blocked out for the last hour at that time of year). The villa is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 6. I believe the villa is about 14 years old so whilst it is still in good conditioned there are a few signs of its age in d&amp;eacutecor and appliances. The owner and property management company are both very helpful, quick to respond to communications and do their best to make your stay is a pleasant experience.&amp;nbsp</p>

Very disappointing.
Despite having a lovely time here this was all overshadow on our return to a $130 charge for leaving the wheelie bin full after cleaning the villa on our departure, despite this being half full on our arrival. (Not too sure where we are to put the rubbish when leaving).
Additionally accused of taking the sat nav, this was a very basic model and we used our own, without doubt this was left in the villa but 2 hours from leaving we were charged for a replacement.
Have tried emailing the owner to explain but have had no response what so ever they are not interested as they have now been paid.
This has spoiled an otherwise great holiday for me and my family and would not recommend this villa because of this.

Aruba

Rather tired kitchen cabinets. The tiles in the porch are very slippery When wet. Like ice. Take care. This is very dangerous. 
We have stayed in Florida many times and this was the first time we had cockroaches. The management company took more than36 hours to deal with this. We could not contact them easily, despite being given a second number because they would be out of the office a lot . What would happen if we had an urgent emergency? The pool was not cleaned after heavy rain. In previous properties we have stayed this was done automatically. We should not be left without the opportunity to swim when we have paid for the villa with a pool!

Large and spacious villa that was very well equipped.  Just needs a little tidying up - paint peeling from a kitchen cupboard, matresses on at least two of the beds were clearly a little old as they were very soft and the cushioning was uneven, the cushions on sofa were becoming unstitched on the seams and the stuffing was escaping!  Also needed a better clean - there were crumbs in the cutlery drawer when we arrived and some debris at the back of the tv and sofa - including  a golf ball!  However, despite that we would book again on a future holiday as we loved the location - close to Walmart and not too long a drive to our favourite theme parks (Univeral and Sea World).

Very comfortable and close to all major theme parks. The pool was an awesome bonus. I would definitely book again without hesitation.

This was our fourth vacation in Florida and we have stayed at various Villas previously.
This property was the largest (4 Bed) so far and I must say that it was as good as others and better than some that we have stayed at prviously.
It was well situated for the 192 Highway and all its shops, restaurants etc (5 minutes away) and only 30mins from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Disney &amp; other Theme Parks only a short drive away - 20 to 30mins.
Overall a very satisfactory stay at Tropical Haven.
