Totally relaxing -  Quiet secure location - Good neighbours. Definitely recommend hiring a car - or a bike if you have a suicide wish !!
Sitting late afternoon in the garden with a G&amp;T watching the birds diving into pool  as the sun sets PERFECT.To round off 
Good laundry 5 minutes away and a small shop but prices not bad great for bits and pieces you forget to buy in Tesco Lotus. Try Cool Breeze tapas bar on main beach road in centre of town for great food and service.
All in all STAY here .

2 bedroom  Villa with Private pool

This is a fantastic villa which is kept in great condition by the owners who have clearly gone to a lot of trouble to maintain it and decorate it. The location is peaceful and the pool is one of the biggest for the villas at this location. 

Our only minor criticism would be the location - it is not a 20 minute walk to nearest markets and takes much longer - which in intense heat can be a bit of a problem. However, this is offset by the cost of local tuk tuks which are exceptionally cheap and therefore does not cause too much of a problem.

Our recommendation would be to book this lovely villa if you are looking for somewhere peaceful to stay within easy reach by tuk tuk of all the local attractions.

Hua Hin is a great city where you will be able to experience the real Thailand.

There are several sites to visit and the Villa is perfectly located for you to enjoy all. 

The Villa is very comfortable, private, secure and set in a very quiet location.

It is also very well equipped as there was nothing more we needed.

The staff of the property management company were very efficient and very helpful.

We spent 4 fabulous weeks in Nov 2010 at this Villa and will return in the future.

Ive enjoyed two stays in this pool villa since spring 2009. Nice pool man takes care of garden, pool and occasional ants.
   The sala is very convenient in a flowerful garden as well as the exiting pool with "Las Vegas" underwater lightning.
   The management is very friendly and handled my needs in a very professional manner like transport arrangements from BKK, quick connection of extra TV-channels, scooter rental, cleaning, etc.

every thing was good although we did have a couple of hic-ups with water,and electric but the response we got from rooom by room was 1st class in their response time and with the way the problems were solved by very friendly and polite staff and would have no doubt in returning to thailand and useing one of there propertys but maybe in a differant location just to see a bit more of thailand......

Some basic problems but the local agent was very responsive. Have fe back to owner who will act on the issues. We found that it was not too far out of Hua Hin - 150 Baht max taxi or tuk tuk. WiFi from Sunshine was just in range but could be quirky. My netbook worked fine but friends was worse. All in all a good place to stay.
