Fantastic house.suited us as outside was all on 1 level so purfect for our youngest child.very close to pool.very big3 bed house too. Trevor was fantastic right the way from booking to us leaving. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Villa with TV, W-F, communal pool and only 4 mins walk to shops.

The owner was very helpful from booking the Villa until us leaving.
The Villa was described very well and we knew that if we didn't hire a car then we would need to be prepared t o enjoy a nice walk.The Villa is in a very quiet area.The bus service is very handy and a really good price.
A very good holiday enjoyed by the whole family

Apartment is exactly as described.
If you are looking for a base for a beach holiday (La Marina beach is excellent for families) or for exploring the area this apartment is perfect. It is spotlessly clean with all the equipment you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday.Car hire is a necessity though unless you are not planning to leave the urbanisation. Shops bars &amp; restaurants 10 mins walk away as is a nice pool complex.
Fans is both bedrooms were very good as was the aircon.
Trevor the manager is extremely knowledgeable and he will go beyond the call of duty to ensure you have a great time.
I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a budget base

Let me first say that Trevor was a very pleasant, nice guy. He gave us a good idea of the facilities and the general area. He communicated well both prior to arrival, while there and on check out. The villa itself, although a little tired, was sufficient for our needs while in La Marina. It contained all the essentials for our stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent and fast. Beds comfortable and air con excellent. The roof terrace was brilliant and we spent a lot of time up there catching the sun. The area was very quiet all the time which was brilliant. It felt like  a safe area to be in. It is a couple of minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, shops, cafes and bars. It provided us with a great base to explore Alicante, Murcia and the surrounding areas of interest. A rental car is really a necessity if you want to do this. The communal pool was excellent, clean and well looked after and not too busy while we were there. All in all, a great holiday, weather was superb, area great and Trevor was brilliant. Book with confidence. Good value for money.

Pleasantly surprised, all clean and tidy easy communications with Trevor and a really nice comfortable place to stay. Only had a short stay which the family all enjoyed, only gripe would be that there was no air conditioning in the third bedroom which would have made sleeping a bit easy due to high temperature in Spain at the moment. Trevor was very welcoming and helpful, Would definitely recommend this villa for families and if we ever go back will be renting this villa.

The owner was very welcoming and was there whenever we needed his assistance. I would rate the owner just himself 5 star. The property located in a safe neighbourhood with other tourists who are all very welcoming.

This villa was actually unavailable at the time we were meant to go, as it needed some essential repairs. However the representative provided us with an alternative and upgraded villa. We had a brilliant time. The place is fabulous  (we've been 4 times) and the Villa we were given was top quality. The communication and customer service provided by Trevor was second to none. Well done and thanks for a lovely holiday.

Lovely quite area..loads of nice restaurants,,pool very close by ..villa is basic but clean and very well equipped.lovely roof terrace..a little out of the way but perfect if u have a car..we didn't but in The summer months the bus went to the beech every hour so brill for us.trevor the owner is lovely and will do anything to make your stay brill..

Good location it was only a buisness trip so we was only looking for cheap no frills accommodation 
And that's what we got the Internet connection is fantastic,but no tv and cooker keeps cutting out,
The property is dark cold and very tired and dated but you get what you pay for and it was what I expected.
