We have just come back from a week in this villa and it was absolutely fantastic. My parents came with us for their first holiday abroad and they loved it!
The villa is beautiful and was spotless when we arrived. We found it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. No problems checking in, we were let in through the gate then headed straight to the villa.
The children absolutely loved the pool and spent as much time as they could in it! The pool was cleaned mid week.
There’s a large supermarket a short walk away, about 10/15 mins. 
I would recommend car hire if you’re not planning on just staying at the villa for your stay. We did walk into Corralejo but it was quite a long way. There is a mini bus that runs from the complex though and a taxi back is just less than €5.
We also visited the water park which the kids really enjoyed. 
No problems re Communication with owner/villa manager, any queries were responded to quickly. 
I would definitely stay at the villa again and recommend to others.

Not a lot more i can say that has not been said on the +side  arrived back 24/12/13 instruction from airport perfect. In party of six not one gripe from anyone lovely view over golf course if you play a very pleasant quite testing par 3. taxi to town excellent never waiting more than 5minuetes for a six seater cost  jut over six euros would not hesitate to book again

We had a very enjoyable week - local restaurants excellent.
The villa was very clean, as was the swimming pool.  There was no dishwasher.  This did not matter to us as we ate out each evening.   However, a family who have rented a three bedroom villa may expect a dishwasher, expecially if they have budgeted to dine in.

We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely very comfortable house in a very quiet, relaxing setting. The owner worked very hard to resolve a slight problem which was in no way his fault. It did nothing to detract from our enjoyment of the holiday overall. Whilst a car is recommended it is possible to walk to the town and I believe taxis are cheap. We had a car but felt so relaxed at the house we did not venture far. We sampled breakfast at the next door resort of Bahiazul, a very nice buffet for 6 Euro each. The house overlooks the very pleasant 9 hole golf course where my husband played every day. He managed to find a large cricket bag long enough to hold 3 clubs and all his clothes still under Ryanairs 15kg weight limit!! It would have cost £80 to take a set of clubs. You can hire clubs at the clubhouse for 5 Euros if preferred. Bill at the clubhouse was very welcoming. The beaches around Corralejo are beautiful and the town has plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars, with a pleasant harbour area where you can take a ferry ride to Lanzarote. All in all this was the perfect location for us being quiet and feeling away from it all, Im sure we will return.

Fantastic villa &amp; pool. Location really good, but as Steve pointed out, a car is recommended. Plenty to do &amp; see in the area, many recommended in the visitors book at the villa. Nothing really missing from the villa that we felt we needed. Would definitely recommend to family &amp; friends &amp; hope to return ourselves soon.

The villa was exactly as described by the owner and easy to get to with the directions he provided.  A mobile phone number was also provided to contact the owners agent if required.  (It wasnt).  The villa was clean with plenty of space and there was enough equipment inside the villa and around the pool.  There were even seats and loungers on the rooftop terrace.  The 9 hole, par 3 golf course was beautifully kept, very convenient and the cost of club hire was reasonable (they would let you share a set between players if you wanted to).  There are a group of chipmunks that will come over and visit you at the villa wall (but they cant get in).  The location is quiet but very handy for Corralejo town and its beaches if you have a car.  All were a few minutes away on decent, fairly quiet roads (we were there over Easter) and the beaches are some of the best we’ve seen.  (Follow the warnings given on where it is safe to swim, though).  The barbecue on the property is good and there are plenty of decent, reasonably priced restaurants of all types in the town.   We all had an enjoyable and relaxing time and would recommend this villa for a holiday in Fuerteventura.

We have recently returned from the Villa holiday and we had a fantastic time. We were a mixed party of golfers and non golfers. The villa itself is great, bedrooms and living areas are a good size, It is in a great spot on the complex overlooking the course and surrounding areas. The unlimited golf is fantastic and the course exceeded our expectations with some great holes and superb greens. If you are after the noise and liveliness of the town this villa is not for you,It is very quiet and peacefull yet only a short drive to the town centre, we paid €5 a taxi ride to get to the town centre.It was a perfect place for us and hopefully will return.

The villa was excellent. It had fabulous views of the golf course. It was very well equipped, clean and spacious. The bedrooms were large and had lots of wardrobe space. There were 3 bathrooms which came in very handy when we all wanted to take showers for an evening out on the town. There were plenty of books for the ladies to read whilst the men played golf. There are also a few dvds to keep the children entertained. The pool was nicely heated for us and was very clean. The BBQ was fantastic and meals were cooked in no time. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs to sit on around the pool area.  The area of Corralejo is lively at night with an array of bars and restaurants to choose from.  All in all the villa was superb and we are definately going to book again. We all had a  fantastic time !

We stayed 25/01/13-02/02/13 Had a wonderful time! villa was beautiful with a lovely view of the golf course it had everything we needed definately rate the WIFI and the english TV channels!  :-)  Supermarket was 5 minute walking distance good prices compared to the supermarkets in the town! Pool was a perfect temperature would recommend pool heating for this time of year,we also loved the chipmunks great entertainment through out our stay! haha Taxis into the town were a reasonable price the hotel bahiazul down the road was more than happy to order them for us we only paid 3 euro wouldnt say car hire was essential! Would recomend Tiffanys for a tasty english breakfast! Steve the owner was great he was more than happy to anwser any questions we had and was very helpful! chris who collected us and dro ped us back to airport was welcoming from arrival helped us with our bags and told us about the island it was nice to have this type of service alot better than just getting a taxi! Lovely villa and corralejo was beautiful.We are definately booking again for next year! :)
