A lovely villa for my family to stay in, the apartment down stairs is dated with no air con, but we only used the main house where the air con was much needed. The views from the balcony was beautiful as you can see into the centre of calpe and into the mountins, the only fault is that there was no lighting around the pool which would have been great as i liked a late swim.
Also theres alot of steps so wouldnt recommend to anyone with a disability.
All in all though a great spacious clean villa,with beautiful gardens, i hope to stay here again!

The villa was comfortable with great views of Calpe from the balcony. Short drive to the beach, restaurants/bars and supermarkets. Pleased to see Aldi and Lidl! The terraces will be great for when it is a bit warmer with a BBQ area and plenty of seating along with a decent sized pool. There is sky tv and wifi which is useful and air con and heating makes for a pleasant stay any time of the year. The owner is available by phone if any information or assistance is needed. Only downfall for the less able would be the amount of steps to get to the villa. We will definitely return.

Lovely villa, excellent location

We have been travelling out to the Costa Blanca for many years for winter-sun rock-climbing trips.

The villa is very well presented internally, and is surrounded by terraced gardens, patios and pool. Great view over Calpe and the Penon. For us, it was really well situated to access both the local climbing, and easy access to the north and south via the nearby autoroute (again, easily accessible). Just about an hours drive from Alicante airport, with easy parking to the front of the property. Kitchen, Shower, Bedrooms and living accom. all clean and comfortable.

We have stayed in many properties in the area, and this is the one we will come back to on our next trip.

A well situated, well equipped villa

This is a delightful and comfortable villa situated in the Maryvilla area overlooking Calpe. The villa is clean and well equipped with satellite TV (never used it) and WiFi (reliable and good connection speed). Pool is clean and well maintained; ideal for cooling off after a hot day in the sun. New windows and blinds coupled with air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom make even hot nights very comfortable.

A rental car is essential to explore the beautiful surrounding areas and find those unique, not too crowded beaches. Try Moraira beach; stunning views and a lovely beach. Definitely try the sandwich and "take away" lunch situated behind the beach restaurant; it's excellent value.

Calpe and its environs is not too touristy and dozens of places to eat, explore and simply enjoy. Will definitely return to carry on where we left off....

ery nice villa for a family holiday

The villa is very nice, clean and spacious. It has in fact two independent apartments well suited for two families. We were just a family with two little kids and we enjoyed so much the villa. The kids loved the swimming pool, the terrace with a Calpe bay looking is wonderful and the barbecue evenings are to remember.

It is situated in a hill with some stairs (manage luggage and grocery) but the advantage is the scenery that is superb.

Neil is also very helpful as he is responsive to any request and really concerned with the comfort of the guests. Thx a lot Neil for your availability and your help in making your house so welcoming for very nice holidays.

I recommend this villa for a family looking for good holidays in Calpes which is really worth for holidays

We found the villa excellent. Fantastic pool and accommodation exceeded our expectations.

I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a nice peaceful area to relax in.

Our only criticism, although trivial is that we felt such a luxurious property needed an adequate stone BBQ area to match. Overall, however, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would book again.

Big thanks to Jesus ( handy man) who welcomed us and was very helpful!!!
