We had a great stay at this property which was in a very good area for the parks ...The facilities such as supermarket fuel takeaways and restaurants were only half a mile away which was a huge bonus. The house was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space in all areas to escape the noise of children if needed!!! Parking for 2 cars was good. One or two criticisms...the pool was a rough concrete lining which did tend to scrape the childrens feet, the house did feel a little tired, especially in the princess room where the wallpaper had been torn in several places, and as I have mentioned to Alex the knives were very blunt so a sharpener would be very helpful However I have been knitpicky on these points.....The whole experience here was still 5 star and I would return if I came back to Florida

We had a great holiday staying at this property. It is in an ideal location close to supermarket and take-a-ways. Disney, Universal within 20-30 minutes drive and Busch gardens only took us 65 minutes. Great base for an exhausting holiday!! Took us a while to work out house alarm could only be set if front door was closed! Would definately book again if lucky enough to go back to Florida.

Very spacious (in British terms, at least!) and comfortably furnished home close to great local supermarket (publix) and well equipped mini-mall, short drive to Disney. Extremely helpful and responsive owner - we got stuck in the US due to volcano ash and made a very last minute booking which could have been difficult. The owner was extremely accommodating and everything ran very smoothly with entry just hours after we requested a reservation. Local property management company also quick and responsive.

Alex your house is wonderful, we were very pleased and would not hesitate to rent again.The only minor issue we had Pam with the agency took care of it immediately.The house was maintained immacutely as well as the pool and lawns. Thanks once again and see you next year. dr
