We stayed last september, and we had a wonderful time!! Perfect for the kids, as it?s nearby the beach and for going to the city, just 20min by train to plaza catalunya.
Lovely restaurants, the kids loved de chinese, and we loved La Cova del Masnou with traditional catalan cuisine.
We really recommended.

The apartment was very well situated in the old town with lovely squares and cafes nearby and it is a short walk to the Barri Gothic and the Cathedral in one direction, and the beach and Marina are also within walking distance.  it was clean and bright and we were well looked after -  a faulty iron was quickly replaced for us.  
The only drawback is that the rooms are rather small and it did feel a little croweded with 6 people.

We spent a very pleasant week in Barcelona. The apartment is nice, clean, well equipped, completely conformed to the photos. The owner has been very nice with us during the discussion before the rent, providing us all necessary information we need and answering our questions and also arranging all things for our arrival. The apartment is well situated : less than 1 min walk to Tram, 5 min walk to metro, 5 min walk to beach or to a big shopping center with supermarket.  We obviously recommend this good address and we expect to come back soon ! Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Barcelone. L’appartement est beau, propre, meublé et décoré avec goût, complètement conforme aux photos présentées. Le propriétaire a ete très sympathique avec nous, répondant à toutes nos questions rapidement et gentiment et l’oragnisation de notre arrivée /départ a été parfaite. L’appartement est très bien situé : moins d’une minute du Tram, 5 minutes à pieds du metro, de la plage et d’un grand centre commercial avec supermarché Auchan. Nous recommandons tout à fait cette location et nous espérons y revenir bientôt !

On a passé 10 jours très reposant à 6 (2 ados, 2 enfants et nous les parents). Laccueil de Tony est très chaleureux. A noter : 2 salles de bains (dont une attenante à la chambre des parents), une grande salle de séjour, une cuisine très pratique et facile dentretien. Lappartement est lumineux. Il est situé en face du tramway, ce qui met lheureux vacancier à 20 mns de lhyper-centre barcelonais. Le quartier comporte une grande surface (pratique pour les courses). Une bonne adresse.

El apartamento es una auténtica monada! Acogedor a la par que moderno. La realidad se ajusta a las fotos de la web. El trato del particular excelente, muy atento y agradable. Si volvemos (que volveremos seguro) sin duda, iremos a este apartamento. Esperanos! Muchas gracias por todo. Un saludo de Magé, Verónica y Cristina.

Tim (USA) Forum apartment,  february 2012 We (5 friends) were staying for a conference in the nearby center and were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was clean, quiet, modern and spacious. It had extensive commodities like laundry machines, fast internet, dish washer and a nice balcony. I would definitely recommend it!

This is a fantastic apartment exactly as advertised. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The Born area is brilliant as it is a short distance from all the sights etc and has a good variety of bars/restaurants as well. Would definitely recommend it.

Hermoso, comodo, pacifico, silencioso, excelentemente equipado, se puede ir caminando a la playa, todos mis comentarios son excelentes hacia esta propiedad, ademas los propietarios son sumamente amables y hospitalarios. No os arrepentirás de pasar unos dias en este lugar. Mis hijos (3), mi esposa y yo ya queremos regresar a este hermoso lugar, espero que podamos pronto. Saludos!
