Having stayed in many houses in Orlando over the past 20 years, this was one of the most comfortable. It was clean when we arrived, and nicely prepared. 
The house is excellent in all respects - especially the master suite. The kitchen contained everything we needed (in our experience this is not always the case). TVs and wifi worked perfectly, and we had no reason to call out the management company at all during our stay. 
The house is very well situated, especially for the shops and restaurants at Champions Gate and on the 27.
We intend to return to this house in the future

Just got back recently from our stay at this Sanctuary Villa. We had a great time and would recommend this villa to anyone thinking of staying in the Orlando/Kissimee/Disney area. Arrival check-in was pre-arranged with the owner by email and was very easy. Immediately upon entry we were impressed with how clean the villa was, presentation made the unit seem show-room new. Although we travelled with my wife, our infant and me, the unit could likely accommodate two families or one large family. Furniture and amenities were up to date and stylish, even had window treatments (doesn’t seem like much but set itself apart from other units we visited in the same development). The pool area was clean and the outdoor dining table was nice to eat at while enjoying the Florida weather and orange grove view. We only used the master suite which was comfortably large with a quite large ensuite. The upstairs laundry was also a big plus. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware (as well as serving dishes). All bedrooms with television sets was a nice touch that would likely serve bigger families well. The main living room was very comfortable and the furniture and flat screen appeared to be new or hardly used. The (wireless) internet was easy to use, and the included long distance to Canada was appreciated as we had a family health emergency while we were away back home in Canada. We did have an issue with the pool light not working at night, but it was quickly fixed after an email to the owner. The owner was also able to extend our stay at our request after we found ourselves not wanting to leave. Overall, we could not have been much happier with our choice to stay at this villa. We have already recommended the unit to our friends and family members and look forward to going back someday. We found the owner to be professional and very easy to deal with and get in contact with when necessary.
