This is in a gated community about 45 minute walk from town centre. We found the property very clean and reasonable for four people. This is purely a rental property sparsely furnished and inadequate kitchen utensils. Not even teapot or mugs! Towels had seen better days. No UK TV. The pool area is good although not the one pictured but is noisy due to the local refuse collection area close by.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Nice quiet area but near enough to walk in to Playa Blanca for evening meals etc. Property facilities are excellent and cleaners came in twice a week to clean and change towels and bedding. Only downside for us were the hard beds but that's the only criticism we have. Car hire is rightly recommended if you want to explore the island and this makes an excellent base to do this from.

Generally extremely happy, as it was everything I expected friendly, clean, comfortable and perfect for a week. The only two points where I dont score 5 stars are 1/ Facilities if one were staying for two weeks and wished to self-cater the two hob rings and microwave oven would stretch culinary imagination a tad and 2/ Area its unfortunate that the nearest supermarket is in the Cita which is very run down and slightly seedy, and for anyone with mobility issues the trek down to the bars and restaurants on the Playa Del Ingles beachfront parade would be a little challenging, for although very close its a long haul down and up again. On the upside of that, however, we did indeed use the Cita supermarkets quite happily and without feeling in any way uneasy, and the bars and restaurants on the parade were very good value for money - especially Columbus where the service and food was absolutely superb. For us, with a rental car for the week, the location was brilliant once wed worked out the geography and roads, and for a quick week away Id be perfectly happy to return. Many thanks - we needed a quiet, value-for-money week away in the sun, and thats exactly what we found!

Standard Spanish accommodation, but everything you need - five minutes from beach, five minutes from the Yumbo centre, but the star of the show is the receptionist, so helpful and wouldnt be out of place in a five star hotel!

A nice place in the center of Playa del Ingles. Quiet and safe area. No problems with check in, even though we came very late in the evening. Next day registration was a bit more tricky. Four E mails sent from the renter weeks and month before arrival, gave us 4 different addresses of office s in the area. It took 4 visits to find the right one. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. A child bed in the bungalow was very poor but was replaced immediately.    

The area is nice and clean, but !!!!! - one of the 5 swimming pools should have been warmed up in spite of time of year, so children could have more fun playing in the pool.  The air temperature was OK but the water freezing cold. 

Nice and clean bungalow indoor and good, friendly service 3-4 times a week. 

Certain things has to checked regularly in the bungalow. Sliding door to balcony almost impossible to close. The last day it even almost fell down because of loose brackets. We made a notice of this before leaving. 

Overall a nice 3 week stay in friendly and quiet surroundings - well organized. Recommendable.

very nice place, but there is a few issues.. we actually dindnt get the house displayed, but the got one nicer, but farer away from pool ..

pool was very cold - not usable in winter .. but proberly very nice for summer.

for some reasons there is no ceeling in over the bathrooms/betrooms .. a little strange and makes the house very sound sensible after kids bethtime, on toilet visits etc.

but the look and fell of the house is EXTREMLY nice.. and therefor it is still recomendeble if you can se through  fingers with these things

We were satisfied with the apartment we had, there was plenty of room for 5 people and 5 bikes. We were also allowed to keep our bike bags in a locked storage room for the whole time. Cleaning could have been a bit better. The toilet door jammed a bit to the floor. These were just small things though. All in all very nice place to stay.
