The villa is lovely and would be perfect for a large family or friends to stay. We found the cinema room tv/remote was a little complicated to use, despite the instruction booklet provided, but this was the only downside we found. All-in-all a great place to stay.

We had a great 14 day stay at this villa in a quiet and clean community. The pool had enough privacy compared to other villas in the area (some pools could be seen from the roadside!!) and hearing the sound of the local crane (bird) family was fun. It's location is about 20 minutes from Disney by car with plenty of big stores and eateries along the way. I fully recommend this luxury villa and would gladly return in the future. Mr.Rose

We stayed at the villa for a week in August 2016 and had a very enjoyable time. The villa facilities are excellent and all well maintained. The pool area is fantastic looking out over the small lake at the back and gets the Sun all day long. We have stayed at 7 other villas in the Orlando area in previous years and I would say that this villa is the best that we have stayed in, and would recommend it to others.

Great get away! Vacationers are obviously important to the owners. They were genuinely concerned that we received everything they promised. Warm neighborhood. Was truly like home-away-from-home.

As a family party of 10 including grandchildren we had a brilliant time at the villa. We used the pool all the time, and the barbeque most days. We particularly liked the setting of the villa , being south facing and with the lake in front of it. The villa facilities were good and it was well positioned and easy to locate. Wallmart was a five minute drive away and Disney about 25 minutes. I would highly recommend this villa to any family party.

Have just spent two weeks at this fabulous villa with my wife, daughter and grandchildren, (the children being aged 4 and 11). We all agreed that coming home each day to this brilliant accommodation was quite simply the icing on the cake to a wonderful holiday. The villa has everything you could need and more.. the games room, TVs in every room with Wii and Playstation for the young ones (and old ones! !), an excellent oversized wall mounted tv with crystal clear colour (plus the added benefit of a Netflix subscription)... really comfortable beds, great fixtures and fittings.....etc..etc the list is endless with the jewel in the crown being the Lanai and the fabulous pool and hot tub. Alhough the children loved the themes parks, (and we did them all - and I would mention here if you have children 2 to 11 and have not planned to visit Legoland then you should really think about giving it a visit.. it really is worth the journey!) they were just as excited to get back home to the villa and straight into the pool. In truth I think my grandson would have been quite happy spending the whole holiday in the villa and pool. Whilst there we entertained some american friends of ours who live in The Villages, a community north of Orlando, and they were so impressed with the villa and it's facilities that they have sent of the details to their son in Atlanta So we would like to thank Alan and Morag and the villa management team for presenting a holiday accommodation unit that really does live up to it'so advertising slogan as a STUNNING villa...... because that is what it certainly is!

The property was as described and in a fab location, peaceful yet community based and close to amenities even on foot!? Via Starbucks was an added bonus! Great facilities for a home from home experience. Plenty of space in and outdoors for our family group; mam (grandma), me and husband, sister, Bro in law and 3 kids (18, 13 and 6) all managed to live in sync :-) pool and extended deck meant we all got the rays in the south facing space and plenty apres park room for a few refreshments into the evening. A great place all round thanx

Absolutely would recommend this villa. Had quite a few emails with the owner before we went, so very communicative. We've stayed in the villa before and would definitely go back. Even popped out the back to feed the herons some bread on this trip (never done that before). Had a great time and next time we come to Florida will be staying here again!

We had a most enjoyable stay at this villa. It was well equipped and the pool was a good size and has lovely lights for night time. Instructions were clear to understand and the front door has a keypad so you don't have to worry about keys. The only slight criticism the single bed mattresses were a bit springy for the guys. They are 23 years old so maybe ok for kids. Although the advert says close to parks due to the heavy traffic it can take longer to reach them averaging an hour perhaps. Walmart is close by and also a petrol station. There are nice places to eat close by although we ate in as much. The villa has a terrific BBQ. The villa is placed well for sunshine all day and there is a nice big pond to look out to and you can also fish there,but you put the fish back in. I would like to finish by saying we had a fabulous holiday helped by the villa we chose to rent.
