When looking on the map this apartment looks further from the beach than it actually is... Literally a 5 min walk. Ideal apartment in a great location. The apartment was clean and swimming pool was ideal for my little ones with very friendly neighbours. Contact with the owner was very efficient and always someone to help. I had a lovely stay with friends &amp; family and will definitely be returning :)

Great position, huge apartment and nice pool , has everything you need , a few dogs barking behind the property but it is right on the edge of a clear area, 2 large balconies and , all thing s for the pool , cushions and there was always a sunbed, superb place for a visit , the owners even left water for me and i done the same for the next arrival, think is getting a bit tired now as we had to clean the shower tiles as they were pretty grubby when we arrived , the cooking pans and frying pans needed replaced and a bought 3 when i arrived , cups and glasses and cutlery also need replaced , if these areas we fixed this would be a 5/5 apartment , but the owner need to spend a few pound bringing the utensils up to standard , it is self catering so would expect better, however we had a fantastic stay and the owner is lovely as are the other residents 4/5 for me

Fantastic holiday excellent apartment/complex in heart of everything will definitely go back, owner was very helpful highly recommended had amazing holiday plenty of facilities provided ie bed sheets towels etc plenty of space and in excellent decorative order the complex has a very helpful lady Linda on site who was a great help and had lovely chats with her. All local restaurants cheap and lovely really perfect location well done Jane 

thank you again will be definitely returning, would be great if Wifi but not a major issue.

Bit late with this review as stayed there in August. 
Apartment was great, spacious and very clean. Ten minute walk to Dolphin Square and local shops/supermarket nearby. A bit of a hill climb to get back to the complex but Altinkum is very hilly anyway. The complex was kept very clean and tidy by the on site maintenance man with pool being cleaned every night. A very friendly complex where we met with other families staying there and Linda who is there most of the summer will help with any questions/problems you have.
We did stay in August and found the town/beach very busy at it was holiday time for the Turkish people who seem to like to come to Altinkum. Things have changed in Altinkum since our first visit there 12 years ago, the local traders and restaurant no longer hassle you like they used to. Prices for food and drinks are reasonable if you decide to eat out as we did some nights to have a break from cooking.
Owners communication was great and the one problem we did have with the cooker was sorted really quickly (problem was due to a fault of ours!).
Would definitely go back to this complex again.

We had a good holiday in that small but a wonderfull town Altinkum.The apartment is on a perfekt location and uiet area so no need for car as everything is walking distance.The apartment is very spacious and there is everything you need for a holiday.Great for familys with small children,this was my second time to be in the same apartment  so you can deside wy i was back.

this is a fantastic very superior apartment , it has the best position on the beautiful complex with sun at one side in the morning and the other the rest of the day, full of all the necessary requirements for a fab holiday, all home comforts too including micro wave and washing machine(this was a godsend) the pool and surrounding areas are kept pristine clean by the very friendly onsite caretaker ( he and his family are lovely) and the other owners are fab too  made some great friends,had a fantastic time and my mother was staying in icmeler but visited us for a few days ..ended up staying the rest of her holiday with us as she loved it so much. close to all amenities, local shops and a short stroll down to the beach ..excellent all rounder  will definitely be going back  and would recommend to all. great owner too ..easy transaction no problems at all ..highly recommended !!!

One of the best holidays i ever had. Altinkum is the perfect place for a family / group  holiday. Would return tomorrow if possible and highly recommend to anyone. Clean, tidy and very spacious. Good location - not  far from the main town and beach area. A few minutes away were restaurants and bars, and the food and entertainment was excellent. The villa was a welcome change to a hotel and I think I will struggle to return to a hotel holiday now that I have tasted the alternative. Excellent value for money!

We are a family of 4 and visit Turkey in July for two weeks.  We found the apartment very clean & spacious.  The location is perfect,short walk to the main beach and plenty of restaurants & shops nearby.

I took my family to Turkey for the first time, it was  recommend by a friend and this was wonderful , everything on hand and a short walk to the beach. Apartment was brilliant clean and very roomy i could find no thought with anything . cant wait to go next year.

Went here in June this year with friends and loved it! easy reach of shops and the beach where all the restaurants are. brilliant night life if that is what you are after but also quieter areas. perfect location and wonderful weather would definitely recommend. will be going again.
