Our first impressions of the villa were that all the furniture was extremely well worn and shabby,However we paid our 70 euros to the owners representative for cleaning and were left alone to explore ,To our dismay we found that all the areas were very dirty. Hence we spent the first 24 hours shopping for cleaning products and scrubbing the bathrooms,The kitchen cupboards were full of the previous occupants food and the outside pool area was barely acceptable,I would not recommend this property to anyone and I am at a loss to understand why we were charged for cleaning which they obviously not been very thorough to say the least.we do have photos of the worst areas to back up our complaint if needed

We stayed here last week, would highly recommend this property.  We stayed here for motorbike track days in Cartagena.

We went with a group of friends for a week's stay. The villa was great. Good value for money, very well equipped. The pool was lovely, a little cold when you first got in. I would definitely stay here again. If your looking for a relaxing holiday like we were, it won't disappoint. We didn't hire A car, just got A taxi into the local town but a car would be advisable if you want to visit places.

Stayed for a week with my family, really nice villa, well kept, nice location with good facilities.   Easy to find and get keys keys on arrival.   Golf resort on which it is located also really nice with good facilities including a nice gym and restaurant.   Would thoroughly recommend.

We have been to the Roda Golf Resort previously and stayed in an apartment but this year we opted for the Villa and it was fabulous. Booked through Clickstay it was easy, simple and pleasant.

The Villa was fabulous with clean, tidy great property management team for assistance if needed. Will certainly rebook next year.

Whenever I book something like this Im always very wary as you have no idea what you might find when you turn up and leave your trust in the hands of the advertiser. This exceeded our expectations, we were all very excited and satisfied with what we saw. A clean villa in a quiet location with lovely views and at least 10hrs of pure sun as it swept over the garden. The management who greeted us were very nice and gave us great communication. If anything the pool was a bit cold but after youd been laying in the sun for a while it was nice to get in to cool down(it didnt stop us getting in everyday for 2 weeks). The complex itself is a must for golfers to play on, a lovely course. The club house to is very lovely with stunning views of the course and serving really nice food at good prices, even the drinks! All in all a wonderful experience and with any luck we will be booking again soon!  Have tried to add pictures but wont let me but to be honest we cant wait to get back!

Only a few minutes easy drive from Murcia airport, a lovely modern villa, frontline to beautiful golf course with a pool, who could ask for more, hope to get back there soon

This is a five star property in a fantastic front line location. It has every amenity you could wish for including a beautiful pool. We would highly recommend it. Our family of 8 didnt want to leave when the time came as we were enjoying our stay so much.
