Excellent as Usual
Excellent stay as usual at mikes apartment 3rd time we have been there spotless clean beds very comfortable bathrooms absolutely stunning suitable for older people and disabled in the walk in shower bathroom power shower was lovely supa cor supermarket on the doorstep we hired a car so we’re able to see more of the island but there are buses nearby from the apartment good restaurants local Le club thst. Is run by John and lynne very good made us very welcome and mannys around the marina Pauline was lovely and welcome bar Martin who does an Elvis show ever Tuesday and Friday great entertainment and friendly atmosphere local market on the doorstep saturdays and mar menor beautiful sea to swim in just around the corner as usual apartment has everything you could wish for overlooking beautiful pool or just sit and relax on the balcony thanks mike as usual faultless xx

Lovely apartment
Everything you could possibly need is in this apartment.....spotlessly clean and very comfy bed ... very easy booking with Mike and John who looks after the place was very helpful and informative..would not hesitate to recommend mike’s apartment.

After years what can you say it is tops. The stay is made to suit you and the family.
Tip top all the way through would reccomend to all and after 5 years it must do what it says it why would we keep coming back

Excellent
I’ve stayed at this apartments several times, and will be booking another stay later in the year. It’s ideally situated for the beach, Mar Menor and Mediterranean, cafes, restaurants and the large supermarket. The apartment is tastefully furnished, two good bathroom, one had a super new walk in shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal, the new fridge freezer is large enough to keep all your food.

An amazing apartment with everything you could ever need
Before we ever began our trip Mike sent us much information on our up and coming stay which we were most grateful for. We arrived to a spotlessly clean apartment hot water had been turned on so we were already to begin our 2 month winter stay. January and February There was under floor heating which was amazing it kept us snug and warm throughout our stay. The surroundings of the apartment were kept to a very high standard in fact the two gardeners never stopped working to make the grounds in pristine condition. We were only 5 minutes from the amazing Med on one side and the Mar menor or the other. Also 5 minutes from a lovely Marina we had many many walks to both. we wish whoever stays at the apartment we wish you a very happy time.

Well worth a visit
The apartment faces north north west so the sun is elusive in November but the apartment is warm, cosy and very comfortable. The walks around the area are beautiful and we found plenty to do despite it being a quiet this time of year. The supermarket is handy (Supercor) and there is a Spar supermarket just over the bridge. It is a typically Spanish area but many different languages can be heard. As we used to live in Spain it was good to be able to use some of the language we are in danger of forgetting! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The apartment is a delight and very clean and the heated bathroom floors were wonderful first thing in the morning. Mike (the owner) was very helpful when I stupidly booked the wrong year - thank you Mike!

Everything you could possibly need
We had a lovely time at Mike's apartment there is nothing more you could need, even has underfloor heating, two full bathrooms, extra bedding should you need it. Basically everything that is listed. Literally only 5/10 minutes walk from shops, restaurants and beach. Found a restaurant (over the bridge and opposite the spa) called Casa Paco, this was a typical local Spanish restaurant and slightly cheaper than the ones near the harbour, worth a visit. Would recommend hiring a bike and cycling the La Manga strip, this is 19km but very flat so easy to manage and ideal for this time of the year when the weather is cooler. Didn't think there would be mosquitoes this time of year but we've all been bitten, my son endured 15 bites, so take your vitamin B before coming and bring a repellent. We bought a big can and sprayed the rooms before going out at night and we left it there so if you are going after us then it will be here for your use. All in all we had a lovely holiday and ideal for you if you like peace and quiet. Only one negative for us was the directions on how to get here, think the info could do with updating. Our Sat Nav didn't want to know the address so was no help and it was 11pm! So very dark to see. Easy now we know where it is lol Thank you Mike for letting us stay in your lovely apartment, we would love to visit again one day x
