We have stayed in a few Florida villas before and this is probably one of the best ones. Very clean when we arrived, lots of appliances, utensils and equipment needed to ensure we could enjoy our stay. Walmart was literally a 5 min drive away so easy to pop out and pick up anything we needed. 
The villa is in a good area and even though it’s not a gated community, we never felt insecure at anytime. It made ordering take away deliveries that bit easier.

We have just returned after a 16 night stay at the Villa. We had the most amazing time in Florida and the villa played a big part in that. The villa is large and spacious, very well equipped with everything you will need to feel at home. Check in and out process was the easiest I have ever had ( which when arriving at 1oclock in the morning is a big blessing!).
We all loved the pool and pool area it was clean, well kept and very warm even without heating! The bedrooms have everything you need to store you clothes and the master has a walk in wardrobe that is bigger than my utility room at home in the UK. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery, utensils, pans etc, and being able to do all my washing before I came home to the Uk was great. 
The villa itself is in a lovely neighbourhood it’s very quiet and the local people seemed friendly, it is only 10/15 mins from Disney and 20/30 minutes to Sea World and Universal (traffic dependant as the I4 gets busy) Busch Gardens is about 50/60 minutes away and Clearwater took us about 1hour 45 but the roads are easy and clear to navigate. The communication with Deirdre was great and she gave us lots of information about the Villa, the local area and beyond before we left and was very quick to answer any questions myself or husband had. The biggest compliment I can pay is that I have tried to book the villa again for next year but unfortunately for us it is already booked up 🙁

Fabulous villa in a great location!  The size of the villa was perfect for our family of 5 and the location ideal for all the Disney parks and access to Orlando parks was easily accessible.  Deidre was so helpful prior to our trip and provided all the information we needed and made out stay hassle free.  If we get the opportunity to come back again we would certainly love to return to this villa.  Thank you so much!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the location was perfect most parks within 10 - 15 minutes drive away. The villa has everything you would need, comfortable beds, nice seating area in the lounge, well equipped kitchen, great pool area with sun all day long.

The area is quiet / safe and the neighbours are friendly, plenty of nearby restaurants / shops and Mystic Dunes Resort &amp; Golf Club is only 1 minute drive away.

Communication with the owner was fantastic, she responded to all my questions and sends you loads of detailed information about the villa, direction and what is near the area.

We will be booking this villa again and I strongly recommend you do to.

We stayed here for 10 nights in August 2017.
The villa is well located (especially for Disney) supermarkets and restaurants are a short drive away. The villa itself is well furnished with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.  The pool was definitely a highlight and we loved being able to come back from a busy day at the parks and jump in to cool down. Beds were very comfortable &amp;; there were plenty of towels. 
The price was very reasonable amd was much less than many others were charging for the same period. 
Communication with Deirdre was good and she was very willing to answer questions. 

I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Orlando.
