We enjoyed our selves but very disappointed in no cleaners for the whole two weeks and had to request clean towels at the start of the second week.

Always enjoy staying at this apartment hope to return again next year. Great place.

We been coming to this apartment for several years now and it is perfect. Close enough to all the restaurants, beach and shops but quiet enough to get away from the noise. The place has all the comforts of home and now that the owner has installed WiFi you can stay in touch with home and the office from the comfort of the balcony! Can not fault it or the property manager. We look forward to coming back again.

We have stayed here for several years now and keep coming back to the same apartment as we love Lagos and the position. Its handy for virtually everything without needing a car. Owners keep the apartment in excellent condition. Well certainly return again.

This was my second stay at this property and it is still good.Beautifully clean and well maintained. Convenient for supermarket, beach, marina and only a short stroll across the bridge to the town shops.For a winter holiday it is ideal, with a south facing balcony catching the sun all day.

This is our second stay in this apartment and as before it provides all the facilities you need with plenty of space, a pleasant view and easy walk to the town or beach.

It is a one bedroom apartment with fully fitted kitchen (we ate in twice in the evening), a very powerful shower and nice balcony with views over the harbour (the photos dont quite do it justice). The car parking is secure and the apartment is 2 minutes walk to the harbour - half a dozen restaurants and 10 minutes leisurely amble into Lagos proper - near enough not to have to bother with taxis but away from the noise. If you want to use the motorway to discover the Algarve, the apartment is on the right side of town and you dont need to drive through the town proper. The supermarkets are near by (and open on Sundays). You can get ITV and Sky News on the telly if desperate to keep up to date with events in Blighty. There are also passes for the local hotels gym (unused) and pool (used). We hope to return later in the year, flights permitting ... (Chris, the chap who showed us round on arrival was very helpful too -warning us about the local polices foibles - a good advert for the apartment). Happily recommended.

I have just returned from my holiday at the Dom Duarte apartment and I am sorry to say that it was a disaster for my wife and I.
This was our third visit to this apartment so I know it is a good apartment, but on arrival Chris apologised and said that one of the cleaners had damaged the oven door and it would take two days to get a replacement for it. I know accidents can happen and we could manage two days without an oven and grill, we could not however, manage the whole fortnight without an oven and grill. Chris never came back to see us or give us any information as to when we could expect the oven. When we booked the holiday we didnt pay the Â£200 pounds returnable deposit because being Pensioners on a fixed budget we couldnt afford it, we chose to pay the Â£19 non returnable fee instead (we were not required to pay any payment on previous holidays). As you can imagine having a low budget is the reason we go to self catering apartments, so we could ill afford to go dining out in restaurants. So being without the oven and grill cost us an extra 350 Euros on our budget, this might not seem a lot to you but to us it made the holiday a disaster. I would appreciate any help you can give us with this problem.

Very nice property in a good location. The apartment had all the amenities we needed to have a very enjoyable and relaxing week.
