What a lovely area to visit, very Spanish village and suitably quiet to have a relaxing stay to chill out after a hectic few weeks.
The property was nicely located, it has great views from the roof terrace over the whole bay. It could with a bit of maintenance be a really nice place, although this is not to say we did not enjoy the stay as we are adaptable.
The apartment has most of the requirements for your stay.There were to be four of us staying but our sons couldn't make it at the last minute, which at least meant there was spare sheets and towels available, but basic provision really not any linen changes left otherwise.
The apartment looks probably like it was when it was first purchased and needs what we would call a deep clean and some investment to make it really appealing. There was no sign of bedside lamps, the TV seemed to be a computor monitor but i may be wrong, channels were not mainstream UK but the random free view selection. Music channels were good.
Couch and chair are tired and in my opinion need renewing.
The fan in the bathroom needs a clean out as does the bathroom of abandoned shampoos and items, also the bidet is rocking about and the door scrapes the tiles and needs some small adjustment. Plenty of hot water for two for showers and washing up. The washing machine is a bonus and of course drying is easy.
In all we enjoyed the stay, would we go back ? Probably not.

'Sunnybeaches' - 2 bed apartment in  La Azohia

We had a lovely, relaxing time. Sunny Beaches apartment was spotless, very well-equipped and comfortable. La Azohia is beautiful, traditionally Spanish and the beach is lovely. The village was quite quiet but there were lots of restaurants open in the nearby town of Mazarron.

We hope to return very soon.

The property description was fair.  Location excellent and views from terrace amazing.  Disappointed in the quality of the sun loungers and the BBQ was not in a useable state.
The representative we had was not based on site and was not as helpful as you would expect or need.
I would reccommend this area of Spain for anyone requiring a really relaxing holiday. Really unspoilt.
Car hire a must in October.  Maybe more local bars and restaurants open in high season.
No Bar on site.

Very lovely place: silence, sea, mountains. There are all necessary supplies. everything for the beach (umbrellas, inflatable mattresses, chairs, toys). Books, games. The friendly hostess.

nice clean well maintained property in good location for beach. but there was no english pub or resturant on site as quoted in details.in fact it was a 25 euro return taxi ride to the nearest english pub if you wanted it.the whole area is spainish to the hilt very quiet no disco etc.perfect for us.

This apartment is in a wonderful situation with suberb views over the pretty bay of Mazzaron in
real Spain and had all the amenities we needed
for a relaxing holiday. The coastal walks were wonderful and the beaches were uncrowded and I thoroughly rcommend it for anyone wishing a quiet holiday.
