We have just returned from the best two weeks. We have been travelling to Javea / Denia for many years, from owning our own villa at La Sella and in Finestrat to renting for the past 5 years. David, Christine and Family were so welcoming and helpful. The villa was immaculate and for me, that is the ultimate downfall of all other villas we have rented. We paid the extra for the pool heating and it actually worked (not like the previous 4) and was 28 degrees every day! The villa is of a great size and offers everything you need for 3 generations! From many seating areas in shade or sun, an outdoor kitchen with there best BBQ, a games room upstairs which was great fun for us all, spacious accommodation, the outside areas are all beautiful and tidy. Its very peaceful too (until we arrived with an 8yr and 6yr old). The owners live next door, not that you would know but, if you need anything they are there for you! Walkable distance to the Arenal Beach (or about €8 taxi fee each way). My Dad found some lovely walks too. We couldn't recommend it enough for families....looking to book again!

BEAUTIFUL VILLA with heated pool - SLEEPS 8 ADULTS

We were a family of five (age range 78yrs - 18yrs) who stayed in this villa from the 31st August - 12th September.  The villa was excellent and as we had hoped, the bedrooms are large and two have modern en-suite shower rooms.   The facilities within the villa are excellent and we made good use of the additional games room on the roof terrace.  Javea is a beautiful resort and had many aspects to it, there are many restaurants and bars to choose from in both Arenal and further along in the older part of Javea.  If staying in this villa a car is recommended, we hired a car for the entire stay and managed to see a number of other resorts close by, however in our opinion Javea was the most attractive.  We arrived late at night and were very grateful for a few essentials, milk, biscuits, crisps and cold beer which David and Christine had left for us, much appreciated. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to our family and friends and hope to  return ourselves one day.

Really lovely villa- with a welcome from the owners on our arrival and everything provided as described.
Well equipped and comfortable beds , range of seating areas to suit all, and a fabulous sunset view from the roof terrace.
Really recommend to either family or group for a relaxing break. Thanks to David and Christine.

A really well proportioned and well appointed villa in a really lovely area. From the photographs it is clear that the villa has had a lot of work done recently as it is now even better than it looks. The bathrooms have all been updated with nice contemporary style as has the kitchen and a large rooftop games room has been added. It also has an improved bbq which was fantastic. The gardens are immaculately kept and were a pleasure to be in. The way it villa is arranged is very clever as there are lots of little seating areas and there is always some shade to be found. The kids loved playing in the pool and searching for geckos in the garden and the adults had great fun playing pool and table football once the kids were tucked up in bed.  We can definitely recommend it. A car is a must though as it is 10 minute drive to the nearest town / beach.

Our 2nd visit in 3 years so saw some changes in the villa - new kitchen, new bbq, new en-suite and access to roof top terrace! All lovely surprises! The villa is immaculate and loved and it shows. The garden is well kept and beautiful! The outside area goes all the way around the villa and is so tranquil. The owners David &amp; Christine are next door but you wouldn't know they let you get on with your holiday but if you need anything they are super helpful! The pool is gorgeous spent lots of days in it and happy to say it got cleaned regularly during our stay! The villa is home from home so everything you would need is provided! During our stay it was too hot to use the roof terrace which meant we didn't get to use the table tennis much - would be nice if that came back down to the garden area! Excellent all round! The villa is lovely and has been improved further since the pictures taken. there are lots of separate seating areas outside so you can have your own space, the heated pool was perfect and the bbq area and kitchen in general well stocked and fantastic. Beds were comfy, and everything really clean when we arrived. Would recommend to anyone!

This is a very late review due to very busy lives!!! We stayed at this wonderful Villa back in April 2019 to celebrate one of our Son's 30th Birthday.  The Villa is wonderful like a little Oasis and so private wrapped all around by beautiful gardens. The Pool is a very good size, only one problem that we had was that I had requested for the pool to be heated for our arrival and the day before there had been a massive Thunder and Lightening Storm which had blown something to do with heating the pool, it could only happen to me!!!! David was obviously very apologetic and was desperately trying to get it fixed as soon as possible, he got it repaired but the only problem was it took a few days to get warm. So sadly we did not get as much use out of the pool as we had hoped for but we certainly did not allow it to spoil our stay!!! It is a lovely Villa which we would love to return to again and enjoy the heated pool too. Thankyou again David for all you did to rectify things and not charging us for the heating of the pool at all and kindly offering us a discount on another stay with you. Would most definately recommend this Villa, so pretty and tranquil and private, the perfect place for rest and relaxation!!

We had a great few days in this beautiful spacious villa with amazing very well kept gardens. The owners checked we’d settled in ok and said to get in touch if we needed them.
The kids loved the upstairs games area and played plenty of pool, table tennis and table football- especially as the weather wasn’t particularly great for some of our stay. The heated pool is brilliant and there are loads of different lovely outdoor seating areas. The villa has everything you can think of and the ‘outside kitchen’ is great too. I’d recommend a car to get to the beach and restaurants which are only a 5 minute drive away.
I’d definitely recommend this amazing villa, it’s very peaceful, has everything you need and with a large supermarket only a few minutes drive away there’s really no need to leave once you get stocked up! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We spent 10 wonderful days relaxing by the pool with our family, ranging from 10 months to 64. There are so many outside and inside seating areas to escape for some quiet time. The photos are a little outdated and don’t reflect that the games and wii are now up the spiral staircase on the roof. The kitchen and outdoor bbq have been remodeled and improved. The villa was clean and spacious and communication with the owners was fab. We felt perhaps a welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk and bread could be provided as an extra. The area is quite hilly and remote so car hire is essential, beautiful beaches and bars nearby but not walkable. We loved our stay and if we are brave enough to travel with a toddler we will be back next year!
