Had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is lovely, very clean and had everything you would need for a fab stay. Loads of room, there were 5 of us, but even with full occupancy I think it would feel the same, very spacious!. Was a bit worried about the look of the open stairs but they were fine, no problem at all - might be with a toddler though!! Pool was lovely and big enough with plenty sun beds. Great having the little extras too, books, Xbox games etc. Only thing I will say, and it's not about the apartment, is that taxi drivers seem to have no idea where it is....find your bearings from the Red Lion Pub or Flying Horse (both popular and taxis know where they are!) and you can easily direct them from there.

The apartment was very good, as described and very well equipped and the complex was lovely, gorgeous pool.  However, there is nothing in the way of information in the apartment about the local area, recommendations for restaurants, where to pick up the dolmus or even what to do in an emergency, eg if there was a fire or other emergency.  The location was a lot further out of the main town than we had been led to believe, the walk to the town described as 20 minutes is not accurate - it would take at least an hour - and would not be possible with small children. We found it too exhausting in the heat and eventually worked out which bus to get to the town - some info on that would have been helpful.  If you want to eat in the town in the evening then a taxi or bus is necessary. The local shops are adequate for general needs and are within easy reach with a few restaurants dotted about but not extensive.

Everything about the apartment was exactly as described plenty of room for everyone the 2 bathrooms were perfect for us and the surrounding area had plenty for us with the nearby bars and estaurants,the airport transfer provided by Phillip the owner was spot on, both coming and going.I would highly recommend this apartment for any family.

Lovely property in a nice group of apartments. Pool was lovely and never crowded. Gate staff spoke no english which was not too much of a problem, we got by. Only things which stop it getting top marks were getting the electrical things to work, never did figure out the TV and the wifi was almost non existant (we found a good spot on the sofa!!!) All in all though we were very impressed, a lovely apartment with everything you need for a fab holiday.

Had a Brilliant Holiday in this apartment, our airport transfer provided by Phillip was great and on time. 
We had a couple of problems for the first couple of days with the air con not working and the gas tank ran out, however was all sorted within the next couple of days. 
Overall the apartment was very very spacious there were 4 adults 2 teenagers and a baby, we didnt seem like we was in each others way as it was very spacious. 
The kitchen facilities were spot on for self catering and the fridge was very efficient for those much needed cold drinks and chilled salads on a hot day. 
The washing machine was another great aspect as it meant we could pack less and take more things home in luggage. 
The kids loved the pool area - Even though it is a shared pool with other members of the building using it - It was very quiet and it felt as if it was totally private.
 Apartment is very close to shops and restaurants on a main road along with a shuttle bus down to the beach and a bus that you can catch to local Manavgat.
Bedrooms were comfortable and linen was clean and up to high standard - Fresh linen was also provided which was great and much appreciated
Phillip the owners communication was great and I have to say that me and my family had a great time staying in the apartment as it had all the comforts of home. Thank you for providing us with a lovely holiday accommodation.

We have been to Side a couple of times before and loved it so decided to book an appartment for 1 month, it was the first time we had ever done this and also the first time we had used this internet site.
We were more than happy with the whole experience we had added airport transfers to our booking and this was the best decisionb as it is 50 mins from the airport, the taxi was waiting for us outside and they arrived on time for collection.
The apprtment was fabulous we are a family of 2 adults 4 children ages 13,11,4 &amp; 2 the appartment has an xbox dvd player and stereo with ipod dock so they had all there entertainment needs met, the complex is very clean and secure and the staff are so helpful. There is a poolside cafe selling hot &amp; cold food and drinks and there is also a pool table, table tennis table and playroom.
We made friends with the owners and will definately be returning in fact I am gutted we had to come home.

I booked this for 7 adults to stay while visiting Side for a family wedding.  It was exactly what we wanted.  Very spacious, and being on two levels nobody got under anyones feet.  

Kitchen was large with a fridge/freezer of a good size to fit all the snacks and drinks that were needed.  But with the shops and bars being only 2 minutes walk away, we didnt need to stock up, and just bought fresh as we needed it.

If we come back as a large party, then will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Excellent property, tastefully decorated and furnished and very competetively priced.
Ideally situated on ground floor within view of, but not directly overlooking pool.
Complex ideal for couples and families within walking distance of good restaraunts. Transport to beach provided daily although can be walked 10-15 minutes. 
The complex is in a quiet area which is popular with other complexes anld local accomodation away from the bustle of Side town itself (which can be reached within 10-15 minute walk/taxi).
Close to amenities and Side old town highly recommended.
Appartment needs information package for appartment and surrounding area and guest book so visitors recommendations could be left.
Couldnt fault communication with owner who I am sure will address information issue. 
Although the appartment get sun on balcony in morning during the day it is in the shade and a great place to relax unlike those in the sun which will "too hot" in peask times.
Used trasnsport to/from airport and is recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the apartment was, it was  well equipped and very quiet at night and also during the day there were plenty of sunbeds available around the pool.  All in all we had a good holiday and would certainly recommend the apartment complex to  friends.
