Villa Escapes

After enjoying OceanBlue so much in 2019 we decided to return for 2020. This was also partly due to Covid and we knew exactly what to expect at OceanBlue and Cyprus in general. 

I do not have much to add to my previous review from 2019. Everything was great. The villa is fantastic, the location is perfect and the weather is, as always, amazing.

I would never hesitate in recommending OceanBlue to anyone that wants a perfect holiday.

OceanBlue was perfect. Home from home with all the things you need.
The location is great to be away from everything but close enough when needed. A car is definitely recommended though.
The facilities are great. Pool is lovely. The garden is amazing. 
The views are unbeatable really. 
It was just so nice to call it our home for two weeks. 
I am almost certain we will return because it is just so perfect. I literally could have just stayed and never returned....
Contact with owner and local contact was spot on. We had a very small issue and when I contacted the local guy on the ground it was rectified immediately....
Many thanks for a fantastic holiday and look forward to returning hopefully one day....

The villa was everything we expected and more and was maintained to an excellent standard. The location was in a quiet cul-de sac just round the corner from the local shops.The Ocean View team were friendly and helpful and any small problem was rectified immediately.
The villa was filled with everything you could possibly want for a family holiday. A good selec tion of restaurants and shops are within a few minutes walk and there is a small beach just down the road.Restaurants vary in price and the range of foods available, generally just a little cheaper than British prices.
The majority of locals are ex-pats rather than tourists who are genuinely friendly and always ready to give advice and be helpful local pubs are quite prepared to stay open until the early hours or until the customer wants to go home!
This is an excellent villa for a family and normally staying in 5 star  accommodation I would highly recommend this villa.

We stayed at Villa Maroc for the period 16th May to 1st June 2011 in readiness for a family wedding in Ayia Napa (5 adults in our party). The villa itself met our expectations, and the photographs on the site represent what you will find on arrival. The roof terrace is particularly well equipped, with comfortable seating, a fridge and beautiful flowers and pots, and a lovely view between the front line properties to the sea! This area is ideal to soak up the late afternoon sun, as the patio area by the pool goes into shade at about 2pm, the pool itself stays in the sun a little later.
As one of our party was hospitalised during our stay, and subsequently released for rest at home, we spent a considerable amount of time at the villa, and at the local small beach about 5-10 mins walk away. The villa is a short drive to Konnos Beach (well worth a visit!!), and the Cliff Bar at the Grecian Park is a wonderful secluded spot to enjoy a sundowner (although most evenings when we visited there was either 1 or 2 weddings taking place whose guests use over half of the space, which doesnt provide much space for other people using the bar!)
The villa is also on the Paralimni - Ayia Napa bus route, which seems to run quite frequently, and only costs 1 euro for a trip anywhere on the route. The starter pack of food was a lovely touch, and the Management Company Oceanview were exceptional at dealing with any problems. The owner, John came over at the start of our stay to introduce himself, and dealt with a number of minor issues we had. Villa Maroc is a credit to John and his family, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and were very reluctant to leave. Our stay there has inspired others from the wedding party to try a villa holiday next time, and we hope to return to Cyprus again sometime soon.

Fantastic villa.  Owners were very helpful and friendly to communicate with.  Villa managers (Oceanview) also excellent to deal with.  The welcome pack was very appreciated, thanks.  Nice quiet area.  Everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The villa is stunning.. The location for me was perfect, its extremely quiet and off the busy protaras circuit.. although close enough if you want it. It is about a 40 minute walk into the centre or a 5 minute drive. I would definitely stay there again or given the chance move in permanently. Its very well equipped for a very relaxing holiday. The roof terrace is gorgeous and definitely where you want to spend most evenings with a bottle of wine or two!

Very nice property well located (in a nice and quiet condominium - residence area) and perfectly equiped.
Surroundings are nice with superb sea access. The owner is always ready with answers and always polite. 
We have highly appreciated the Oceanview services and support.
All other reviews until now are accurate except the one complaining about the leaves in the pool. If you are lazy enough or incapable to use the (provided) tools for a nice activity to clean the pool in the morning, yes this might be a minus :-)))
