We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would highly recommend.  We had been let down on several occasions and at one stage we thought we would have to cancel our holiday.  Wally came to the rescue with his property. Brilliant location and value for money. We would defiantly return.

What else to write about this perfect villa that has not been written already. The location, the equipment, the pool with its "private location" ... everything is perfect from A-Z. The icing on the cake is the owner Wally, who is available around the clock and has a solution for every question. We say THANK YOU and look forward to the next time.

What an amazing property, clean and tidy, a little further out, but it's worth the extra travel time. Lovely secluded pool area not overlooked by anyone, nice quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of room and space for families.

This villa was perfect for our stay. We loved the fact that we were not overlooked and the villa itself was really comfortable and clean. We contacted the owner direct as we wanted to stay an extra night and he was really helpful. We would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends.

We have been coming to Florida for the past 14 years and paid double the amount we paid for this because they look fancy than this did to be truthful and so was on edge before we arrived here because it was cheaper so we thought we cant expect to much ,well how wrong we was . this is the best villa ever well cleaned, updated,private pool area,great layout ,no tatty bedding or furnishing and towels was not worn neither ,i know now we don't after spend days searching for next year we;ll be back thank you if your like us a horrible villa can spoil your holiday and as done so many times not any more now we just now to go here thank you

We really liked the privacy of this villa, not overlooked, the villa itself was very clean, and well equipt. The location is about 20mins from the 192 where you will find all the restaurants, there's plenty to choose from. Disney is about 35mins away, and orlando airport takes 30mins. Any problems we had ( which were minor) were soon dealt with either by Wally( the owner) or the management company. We would definitely stay at this villa again, and recommend to friends and family.

I arrived at the villa in the late afternoon, with my partner and 2 adult children. The villa was lovely and cool, and all of us were very easily accommodated with 4 bedrooms, which were set out very well, meaning we had our own privacy with the en-suite, and the girls had their own bathroom.  Very well equipped, with all you need for a family holiday, including a private pool, which was not overlooked.  We had a very pleasant stay in the villa, and I would recommend for families, and friends, young and old, the location is away from the noise and madness of the parks, but just off 2 main roads, S Poinciana, or Ham Brown. These main roads take you to the local supermarkets, fuel stations, and various eateries, and are the main route into Orlando, and close to the I-4 highway to Tampa Bay, which is a good drive, about an hour and half away, but worth a visit.  We also had a visit to Old Kissimmee, which was a quick and cheaper alternative to the theme parks, where you could get a wristband for around $40, or pay per ride, either $5 or $10 dollars. There were shops, and bars there too. This was around 15 minutes from the villa, easy to get to, and free parking. The main theme parks weren't too busy as we went on weekdays, although it took a while on the Monday, when we tried to get in there earlier, we left it till mid morning the next time and the queues were much shorter. I'd like to say thank you for a very reasonably priced and comfy home.

We stayed at the villa for a week and loved it. Dealing with Wally was so easy, he was helpful and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. The villa is in a beautiful location, very peaceful and quiet all day. The pool is not overlooked and a great size for a family to relax by. We would stay again and advise anyone to stay at this villa... I will never stay at a hotel in Orlando again when you can stay in a comfortable home for a little more.

I had a great holiday here last year with three other people that have now become my wife and my in-laws! The villa is tidy, very well maintained and spacious with everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing self catering holiday. That said you are only a short drive from some fantastic restaurants Outback for great steak, Ghirardellis for amazing ice cream (peanut butter smoothie was my favourite) and Johnnies Hideway for lovely food and desserts that are large enough to feed the entire family. Thanks for all the excellent recommendations Wally. The pool at the rear is clean and warm - it is not massive but plenty big enough to float around and cool down. It is surrounded by trees which means that you are not overlooked by anyone (other than the birds, squirrels and lizards) but it is drenched in sun for most of the day. The other facilities were also excellent, particularly considering the price - many comparable villas seemed more expensive to me. There is a flatscreen cable tv and fast wifi which we used to look up numerous nearby activities - even though there was a pretty good activities folder provided. The villa was so good we spent much of our time relaxing around the pool - we didnt even get around to trying out the communal pool or tennis court. When we did drag ourselves away from the comfort of the villa we found it perfectly placed for anything you could want, whatever your age. Obviously you have everything that Disney has to offer but we opted for a more sedate holiday. We enjoyed a number of trips to local nature reserves (Osceola County Schools Environmental Study Center is 5 minutes away, full of wildlife and absolutely beautiful), an airboat tour to see alligators galore and a very enjoyable segway tour around Celebration (I have to get myself one of those). We would also recommend Ripleys and Wonderworks for those that like something a bit different. On one day we defied our age and had an absoluely blast at WetnWild. Generally the activities are superb but Cypress Canopy Cycle by Florida Ecosafaris is definitely one to miss - overhyped and overpriced. Basically this villa does what it says on the can - a comfortable, relaxing break in a beautiful conservation area with all the entertainment that you could wish for right on your doorstep. Hopefully we will find ourselves back there sometime soon...and perhaps this time we will find time for a game of tennis. As for recommending this villa...I already have!
