The perfect Villa. I can highly recommend this Villa for any family wanting to stay in Zante. Location is perfect for everything, provided you have a car. But then why would you not explore this beautiful island when visiting? Beautifully presented, lovely staff and had everything we could want. Wifi for the kids, lovely pool cleaned multiple times a week. I very much hope we can return next year. Thank you.

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Keshi, everything from the directions to the facilities in the property were perfect. Check in was simple and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. The property is very well maintained and an excellent size for a family of 4. The pool is also a very good size and the views out to Kefalonia are spectacular. A car is definitely a must due to the location of the property, but we had some lovely walks around the area. It is very peaceful place and we would definitely return again in the future. Thank you!

Had a lovely holiday, agent on site every day. Location good close to supermarket. Marks deducted as no clean towels or bedding where provided without charge.

We are giving an honest opinion on our stay , this is advertised as a luxury Villa but it is anything but, all the appliances are rusty and dishwasher rusty on inside too along with the microwave,which was rusty inside and turntable not working, we washed up by hand ALL holiday because of rusty racks inside dishwasher. cooker was rusted and so couldnt read the settings on the dials as worn off. The appliances were not fit for purpose ! A family would have difficulty cooking on that cooker! The front door was hard to shut , socket dangerous in living room, stain and flaky patch on living room ceiling and patch under fuse board, back door seal not fitted properly and had large insects coming in and found 3 cockroaches that we found. The information book didnt tell us where the nearest restaurant was as we arrived late at night , or any information regarding the local area, or nearest supermarket. The 20 min walk into Tsilivi is dangerous especially at night as no pavements It is dated and all appliances are rusty so this is a mis representation as stated luxury villa, we feel for the money we paid we should of got a better equiped Villa as this is not a luxury Villa and customers should be advised that the appliances are rusty and old and its a dangerous walk. The only plus was the pool area was very nice . The address given is wrong taxi drivers do not know it, it is known under the Marmaria properties/villas and then the local taxi drivers know where to take you. also please note when ordering a taxi

This was our second stay at thr villa paradiso in Tsilivi and again we had an excellent time. The villa has a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen with three double bedrooms, and very clean. Swimming pool outside which was cleaned and serviced regularly, this was used each and every day, the kids loved it. Simone, the local agent for the villa was excellent, ensured we had everything required when we arrived and was at the end of the phone if we needed any help, we had one small issue with a drain which was attended to immediately. I would also praise Clickstay and the Mary the owner of the villa for being flexible and understanding when we requested date changes due to covid enforced flight changes etc. Overall a very good villa in a peaceful setting, ideal for family,s and those that like to relax away from the bustle of hotels.

We booked our holiday to Zante solely due to seeing this villa on clickstay. We were looking for a holiday that had a sense of luxury, was tranquil and good for families. This villa was perfect. It is exactly as you see it in the photos. We were a family of 4 with 2 children, aged 11 and 15 years. The WiFi was excellent! As the villa is owned by a family it is very well maintained and had exceptional facilities. There is a double bunk upstairs and a double room downstairs. The only tiny negative was that we weren't all sleeping upstairs together to take full advantage of the amazing balcony, however we appreciate the other bedroom was kept private for the owners. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is so nice to go to a property with such a homely feel, there were ice packs in the freezer, tinfoil, salt and pepper etc, which does make a massive difference on a self catering holiday. A lovely welcome pack on arrival and we were visited on the first day to ensure all was OK. The pool was amazing, very clean (a friendly pool man came 3 times a week) it was very private with lovely sunbeds, tables and umbrellas. The view from both the upper and lower balconies were spectacular, over to the turquoise ocean and nearby Kefalonia to the left and mainland Greece to the right. The garage was down some stairs under the pool which kept the car lovely and cool. To get such views the villa is high up, approx 3-4 km from Tslivili. We chose to eat in the villa quite alot due to the amazing setting and it had a good bbq. However when we went out into Tslivili we got a taxi at 10 euros each way. There are many many lovely tavernas here, alot of nice ones we found which were family run. The directions you receive from clickstay to the villa are very good, however due to the poor signage on the island and it mainly being Greek, we found getting around so much easier with SatNav. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to family and friends and would definitely book with clickstay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Olive - we were extremely pleased with the accommodation, spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean and well-equipped. Our children really enjoyed the pool, which was clean and very well maintained - also having good quality wifi was important. The villa is well placed for excellent beaches (short 5-10 minute drive) at Tsilivi and the small seaside town of Planos (full of excellent tavernas, shops, bars etc); a little further afield you have boat trips (turtle spotting and caves) from Laganas and you are not far from Zakynthos town - you will definitely have to hire a car during your stay. This villa is certainly an excellent base for exploring the south of the island - would strongly recommend.

Spent a week in August at the villa, which is a good 15 minutes walk into the local resort of Laganas. Taxis are available but we found that many of the local drivers didn't know the address. Situated off a back road it is in a quiet area except for the sound of planes landing & taking off, as you can see the airport from the villa. The pool was a welcome break from the heat with the pool man coming every other day. The villa is the middle one of three on the lane and so is slightly overlooked by one of them and separated by a metal fence by another adjacent to it - if you are looking for complete privacy then it is not for you at the moment, once the shrubbery grows this may alleviate the issue. Facilities were good - including a full kitchen with appliances - though guess work is required as we couldn't find instructions for the washer or dishwasher. We did have an issue with the TV & DVD Player as they didn't work upon our arrival - this was quickly resolved by the managing agent who bought a new cable for the TV, however the DVDPLAYER was not fixable though I believe it is being replaced. All in all we had a lovely relaxing break at the villa - it is a great base from which to explore what the island of Zakynthos has to offer.

my husband, myself, my friend and 3 20 yr olds stayed at this beautiful villa in Aug/Sep. advertising is a little incorrect and you do need a car if you wish to get to the beach. or the route is a short walk and about 50 steps to the beach. the villa is in stunning grounds and cleaners actually came after every 3 nights, more often than advertised at once mid stay. cleaned to a reasonable standard. everything is at the villa is there that you could need. unfortunately we had a large flood late one night as the washing machine broke and wasnt repaired for our whole stay. Penny the owner did take our washing a few times. expensive mini market within a 10 minute stroll. a 30 minute walk to edge of Tslivi. bus only to Zante Town from Tragaki. beach unwalkable due to high tides and being narrow but the harbour beach is lovely. sun goes early behind the hill. Nice welcome by owner. we were anxious to read that we had to report any breakages within 24 hours or we would be charged. a bit fraught after a long day.. mosquito nets in windows were broken and not being repaired until the end of the season which made opening windows difficult. Penny said she should have shown us how to use them but didnt. a leaking upstairs toilet due to a crack. not reapaired during our stay. upstairs the mezzanine sofa bedroom needs a new sofa bed as the current one is broken. more than suitable for an adult. a beautiful villa. stunning environment. peaceful and stunning views. A little music from the fabulous beach bar that serves amazing snacks. Greek salad pizza and staff were lovely. we werr lucky enough to be welcomed next door at Donkey Bay hotel. Lovely hosts and stunning pool and views. made very welcome. Overall a beautiful Villla. car hire is required unlese very fit. It needs a little money spent on it to fix the breakages. when this is done it will be even better. We would return. I loved ita really lovely home and lovely owners. I do want to return but in a cheaper season. I feel it is rather expensive for 4 people. I hope the rates go down a bit and attract more guests. I hope this reads as fair and goof overall. Its an amazing villa. we loved it and owners quick to help with the problems. Do go and stay here. you will love it.
