Sunseekersvilla

Very large house on a corner plot as you turn into resort. Don't let this put you off-there is sufficient privacy via hedge to the side and back. The facilities were superb with a ground  floor  en suite room for people who cannot easily negotiate stairs. Once upstairs the bedrooms are roomy and nicely furnished. Dining and leisure time cooking, watching TV etc were made easy by sufficient televisions and space for all- grown up and kids. If you fancy a walk, a stroll along the access road of approx one mile was safe and fun. We found the home and facilities were of a high standard and looked forward to coming back after a day's outing. Our only niggle and a little one it is was the lack of a hot tub. Other than this we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is very easy to get to and from the parks from this location.

Owner very helpful and accomodating. We were a party of 8 people and the house was well equipped and a perfect choice for us.

We have stayed on Legacy Park a number of times. Sunseeker Villa was as good, if not better than others we have stayed in, in previous years. The villa was clean and ready for us to start our holiday as soon as we arrived, the pool was maintained and cleaned regularly. I would definitely book again and will recommend to others.

I booked this house for myself, two daughters and their families which included 4 children ranging in age from 6 years to 6 weeks. Can you image our surprise when we arrived after a 9 hr. flight from Ireland to discover the only baby equipment  in the house was a travel cot in a press under the stairs.(two of the children were 18months and 6 weeks so both needed baby equipment).  Since I booked this house last November and travelled on August 3, I dont. think it was too much to expect to be told that this house is not suitable for babies, particularly since I gave the ages when booking.  As we were a party of 9 and the and the house can accommodate 10, there was only two sun beds and 5 towels for the pool. The house description said there was tvs in the bedrooms, but there was only two tvs in the house, one in the family room a nd one upstairs in the den.  We have stayed in another house in the Retreat at Legacy Park on other occasions and everything necessary for babies was supplied, and unfortunately this house was not available for our dates this year. Apart from all that we had another great holiday in Orlando. Eithne Lynch

Large house on a corner lot at the entrance to Legacy Park. The house was clean &amp; comfortable and well furnished and maintained. Wal-Mart and Publix close by and about a 30 minutes drive to Disney. Paid for pool heating, but it was wasted money – The pool temperature never exceeded 73 degrees. Maybe a pool blanket would have helped? Anyhow good value for money (besides pool hating) and highly recommended.

Spacious villa in a great location

We stayed here over Christmas with 7 of us, the villa was big enough for us all to have our own space and more importantly our own bathrooms. The villa was clean throughout and had plenty of towels, it had everything you could want in a villa, plenty of space, large kitchen. The Location is great with easy access to all attractions with both the I27 and the 192 just up the road. The communication we received was brilliant, with contact before during and after our stay made it personal to us. This was our 4th stay in Davenport and we defiantly come back to this property.

Wonderful house located in Orlando

This was an amazing Villa to stay in! My family and I stayed here for about three days while visiting Orlando. The house was very clean and spacious. There was a small pool in the backyard which I enjoyed the most, it was a nice and quiet place to relax. The house came equipped with all the basic necessities and then some. Overall a great stay! Highly Recommend!!!

Really Enjoyed my Stay !!!!

What a relaxing and an enjoyable stay !!!! A number of the rooms have new mattresses and they were very comfortable to sleep on. Not to mention us all feeling revitalised !!!! We also loved the living and dinning rooms as they have comfortable settees and rugs. Making the rooms feeling cosy as well. The area is also very nice and it is close to stores and very easy to get to Disney and the various parks. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect for large families or groups

The house is ideal if you are part of a large party, we were a family of seven and had plenty of living space. The property is about a mile from shops and bars which you can walk too, something which you cannot always do in the US as the country is so large. I would not hesitate in booking this house again if i was to return to the area.

Excellent Holiday Home

Stayed st this property for two weeks over Easter school holidays. This house in Davenport was great. Spacious, clean, well equipped and in a lovely neighbourhood which was extremely quiet. Lovely pool, laundry facilities and bedrooms with everything working smoothly including the air conditioning and hot water for showers for the eight of us. 30 minutes from Disney. Quick response from management team who responded to our one and only problem. Cannot fault and would highly recommend.
