It is a beautiful villa with an awesome pool. The villa is well equipped with all the required amenities. The welcome PACK ( beers, cornflakes, bread, butter, water, jam, noodle packs and many more) was perfect as we reached in the evening and was tired to go out. The hosts provided bicycles which was of great help to us for getting the daily household stuff from the nearby shop. We were a family of six with two kids age 9 and 4. They had a great time in the pool with all the family members . My father is 80 yrs old and he rode the bicycle after 40 odd years, that was something he really enjoyed as the area around the villa is perfect for bicycle rides. Lot of restaurants within a short distance which provide home deliveries. The two cats were very smart and adorable, my kids played and clicked many pics with them. Also, Willie(nai) our taxi driver cum guide cum friend was very helpful. he speaks good English . John and Martin are wonderful hosts. They were very helpful. I would highly recommend this villa and rate it 5 stars. Cheers !

We all loved our week in John and Martin's villa. It looks great on the photos but is even better in reality. We were given a lovely warm welcome and great welcome pack. The boys loved playing in the pool after a days sight seeing and we really enjoyed the outside space to sit each evening. The house is immaculately clean, has everything you could possibly need, comfortable beds and air con that works! You really need a car to get around or accept you're going to either use Willie or taxis - there's not much within walking distance. But then that's why it's so peaceful. We hired a car so managed to see loads of the surrounding countryside. Thanks both for making it so easy to visit Hua Hin - we would definitely recommend you and use your place again if we are lucky enough to visit the area in the future.

We had a lovely time staying in the villa. The pool was great for the kids and having the large communal one and gym on the complex was an added bonus. We didn't do very much but relax by the pool and eat but the villa is outside of hua hin so you need to take a taxi or hire bikes/cars. We hired a car from a local woman on the complex which was very reasonable. With young kids we didn't venture out much at night and bought food from local road side stalls in the nearby village and ate at the restaurant on the complex. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and available if we had any problems and having Cartoon Network on the tv was an added bonus! Our only downside would be that with young kids (ages 2+3) we needed to keep an eye on them at all times as we worried about them falling in the pond out the front or the swimming pool as they are easily accessed from the house, but we had no problems or accidents thankfully! We would recommend the villa to our friends as a great place to stay for families.

Our second stay at this villa and it wont be our last !! That in itself tells you how highly we rate the property and the owners. One of the big plus points for us is that this villa is not designed as a rental property but is actually the owners home and that comes across immediately. Its a great feeling to arrive and instantly feel at home, all the facilities and comfort any vacationing family could need. The owners, Martin and John are only 19 minutes away if needed which adds to the peace of mind. A totally carefree holiday is guaranteed, you simply cannot go wrong in booking this property!! P.S. The photos here are true to life. Superb.

The villa looks lovely in the pictures & we were not disappointed, it has everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space is both attractive & well thought out lots of comfortable seating & if you were in a group each bedroom has its own outside access so would be great for early morning coffee or an evening drink. The pool is a really good size love the jacuzzi plenty of space for sunbathing both with or without shade. Bedrooms are a good size very nice bathrooms good storage & good lighting . The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. There is one restaurant within easy walking distance, it was very hot when we were there so didnt try the bikes & hired a moped which meant we could get to other restaurants. We have been to Hua Hin before and enjoy eating in the night market snack jacks is our favourite . The location is very peaceful and we spent a lot of time around the pool. Suggest using the taxi company that the owners recommend, it is the same price as the other local taxis but the drivers are safe, the cars are in good condition & have seat belts but most importantly they know where the villa is! The cost of a taxi into town is 300 baht which when we were there was about £6 each way . I would also suggest taking dishwasher tablets as although some are provided in the welcome pack they are expensive in Thailand . Had a fabulous time & would certainly choose this villa again if we return, we have stayed in villas all over the world and this was the nicest.

We spent 3 months in the villa with our then six month old toddler. We also had guests visiting for a few weeks in the middle of our stay and they all loved the house, just as we did. The villa is better than the photos it was quiet and relaxing in the Natural Hill resort and is perfect for those of us who want to get away from it all. Obviously, over such a long period of time, problems are bound to crop up. The owners took care of any problems quickly and with the minimum of disturbance to us. The villa is about 15 minutes from town and you need to be willing to take a taxi (or rent a car) to go most places. The local restaurant (Bom Bam) is within walking distance and serves absolutely great food and lunch at the club house is to be recommended. We miss the pool! Our stay was excellent and we feel that we got exactly what we were looking and hoping for.
