A beautiful villa in an incredible area. The roof terrace was an amazing place to watch the mega yachts come and go. Very comfortable, clean and beautifully presented. My only comment was that many of the cupboards had a very strong smell of damp.

We spent our summer holidays in villa Casa Clara in July, 2012. The place completely met our expectations: the location, the house, the owners were ideal for our holidays in Sardinia. The location is really quiet, with closed residential area which gives good privacy and at the same time everything is near by, especially the sea we went for a swim every morning since it is only a few steps away. The beach is simple and small but there are lots of beaches in close proximity for every taste and need in the area, however, the car is recommended. The roof terrace is ideal for sun bathing, breakfast and especially for dinners with a perfect view of the sea. The house is really clean and you have everything you need for your holidays, besides it is really private. The owners, especially Mrs Clara, are very caring and extremely nice people. Thanks a lot for them for our perfect holidays!

My friend and I went to Casa Clara in August 2009. The house looked much better than on pictures! The roof terrace was particularly nice. Sunbathed during the day and admired stars at night. Fantastic!   

Everything in the house was in perfect order and completely new. The owner met us as agreed and he spoke perfect English. During the entire stay he helped us with everything (there was not much we needed because things were already there in the first place). The owner even organized Russian TV for us. That made us feel so welcomed!

We were stupid enough to come without a car (I dont advise that!) and even like that we were good (there was a bus). And there was a little shop (5 minutes walk) with ALL necessary food/household goods. 

The beach (a small public beach) was just a short stroll from the house. Literally 1 minute walk. There were also very nice other places to swim 10 - 20 minutes drive. I also have to mention that the whole area (Punto Rafael) is very well kept. Beautiful plants, flowers and of course all these yachts and millionaires villas. And the weather was perfect. Not a cloud in the sky. Hot, but always breeze from the sea.

I would also like to mention that it was a great place for speed-walking. And if you go there you shouldnt miss a day-trip on the boat (from Palau, which is 10 minutes away). It was the highlight of our holiday.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and recommend Casa Clara for everyone!

We rented this villa for a get together of 10 people over Christmas. It is a very nice and clean place with a big yard, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, stone flooring and a great kitchen. The central heating worked well. We used it to make day trips to towns in beautiful Umbria and Rome but spent a few days in the villa as well. Almost every night we made dinner in the well equipped kitchen. You will need a car to get to the villa. The owner made sure there was someone to meet us there and was very helpful when we had questions. We had a fun and relaxing time. I recommend this villa.

Tremendous place. The most remarkable rest for many years. A magnificent beach, the remarkable house, all is simply amazing. Only the most enthusiastic responses, I recommend for pair or for pair with the child. The car is obligatory.

We stayed in this property for 3 weeks and our expectations were fully met. If you are looking for a real relaxation, with no crowds or noise this is the place to go. I would highly recommend the car, for two reasons: shopping for food and looking at places. It can get quite boring otherwise. There is no public transport (as far as I noticed) and the taxis are expensive. There is a good little shop nearby with good choice of things, but it is also pretty expensive and the choices are limited. 
We stayed after it for one more week in a hotel and it made us appriciate the beauty and tranquility of this place only more.

Me and my friends have a great time in this villa!
It is very comfortable and it has everything you need for a nice holiday! The villa is in a quite area, with a wonderful view on the countryside.
The description is accurate and I'll definitely recommend it to a friend of mine!
