Lakeside Villas

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the villa was very poor.  On arrival the garage door was covered with cobwebs as was the entrance way.  The rooms had not been dusted with empty crisp packets under a bed.  A thick covering of dust covered all the televisions and light shades.  Two of the bedrooms had stained sheets and the pillows in the master bedroom stank of body odour so we immediately had to do a washing.  The pool area had two of the netting panels either missing or torn allowing insects to enter due the evening when the lights were on.  A proper clean has to take place it is painted white but never been wiped so most of the walls appear dirty.  The equipment was basic but the kitchen table and one of the bar stools was broken.  Photographs were taken.  It is such a shame as the owner was very helpful on the lead up to the holiday and I do not know if the management company engaged to look after the property is not doing the job properly.  I have a friend who uses Clickstay regularly and he always receives a call from the management company to ensure all is in order we never received any communication until I reported a fault to the door leading to the pool which was basically caused by the amount of dirt in the runners and received an email back. The door was completely broken and at one pointed resulted in one of the children being stuck inside alone until he managed to open the other door.  Also a dead cockroach in the middle of the garage floor on arrival which had obviously been there for sometime was obviously not a pleasant sight.  My wife is from a southern Mediterranean country so we are well used to dealing with insects and know the importance of cleanliness to prevent infestations.  It was such a shame as the villa was in a nice area and could be really nice with a bit of care and attention.  If the place had been clean my scores would have reflected that.

We were treated very well at every stage of the process. Everything was easy. Villa is well equipped and very comfortable. The location of this villa is brilliant, as it is very close to everything, with a particularly good route in to all attractions, which meant we spent less time in traffic than we have when we stayed in other areas. I would definitely have no hesitation in renting this villa again. Many thanks Raju

I was having so much fun in this house it's a big house with pool and the shower,tebltenis I recomend it for everyone with a group it's a great place I gave it 5 star

This must have been my 12th vacation rental house and I haven't met a more responsive owner (always answered my emailed and telephoned questions quickly) and on-site manager (always answered his cell phone the few times I called). The home was wonderful and reasonably priced. It was very clean. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house both inside and out. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and spent most of our time at Disneyworld close by. Before arriving I had a couple of concerns like the carpet color and noise but those were no problem at all. One thing I wasn't used to was buying my own liquid soap for handwashing and dishwashing but that was easy to take care of at the supermarket. I would definitely recommend this house--it's in very good condition and it's so close to everything central Florida has to offer, including our enjoyable day trip to Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast.

Everything was what we dreamed of, the house was very spacious &amp; beautifully furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of room for 10 people at the dinning table, the pool was excellent especially considering we hade 3 younger children in our group. There is so much to do and experience around Orlando so we didn´t even have time to visit the game room but it looked fun for a rainy or cold day.. It is close to Publix supermarket and other services. Perfect home for a vacation when beeing busy during the days and get back to a luxurious relaxing home!

The pool was really one of the highlights of our stay. We just loved sitting there and of course the kids couldn't wait to get in. One day we saw a terrapin making its way to the lake but most days we just watched the birds. There were so many different species! Of course we spent time at the parks but we enjoyed the contrast with relaxing at "home". We were given so much information about the house and the good restaurants that was so helpful as we hadn't been to Florida before. Lynne and Andy were really helpful. As well as the parks we enjoyed some of the more out of the way attractions and some of the less touristy restaurants. It was great to have the choice of both. We really hope that we will come back again one day and would certainly want to stay in this house if we do.

We loved the space and privacy this house gave us. It is all comfortable and there is a really helpful management company too. They were so friendly. All the information we were given before our stay made it easy for us to make the most of our stay.

The house was as advertised. Spacious and well laid out. About a 15 minute drive to Disney World. Kids and grand kids loved the large pool. Kitchen was adequate but the counter tops badly needed replacing. We had one or two very small issues which were taken care of promptly by the handy man. Both upstairs bathrooms had extensive mildew on the shower curtains. I have gotten used to staying in time share places which have always been very clean and modern so Ashley Manor seemed a little old and in need of refurbishing to me. That is why I gave it 4 stars. Very nice but it can be improved upon with some new counter tops and a little more attention to details like the shower curtains. I would definitely rent again.

The house was very spacious &amp; beautifully furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. Great bedding linen &amp; towels. Pool and hot spa were great and in excellent condition. The games room with pool table, air hockey &amp; table football. Parking no problem. Close to Publix supermarket.
