The villa was more than we expected. It is built in a very high standard and you have everything you need and in high quality. The 2 living rooms gave us the ability to separate the kids (6 of them) from time to time. The house is very large and the rooms are great. great place to make a BBQ along with nice pool lighting for atmosphere. We stayed at the end of September so the water at the pool were cold. maybe best to cut the trees from south to half so more sun gets into the water. the pool is in a very good shape and the water is very clean. you have see views to spestes from one side and to other islands to the east. bottom line, a great stay for the whole group (5 adults and 6 kids) thanks Ido
