Apartment in excellent location, few minutes walk to the main center and plenty supermarkets and shops nearby.

Richard was excellent with his communication and prompt to respond to emails.  We had a few issues once we arrived and Richard quickly actioned and dealt with by liaising with the local factor company.

The apartment was fine, maybe a little tired and in need of a lick of paint.  

Personal opinion was the pool area was small compared to what we have had previously, not much space around the pool especially if the other three apartments were occupied (thankfully it was just our family of four).

Great having the washing machine which is located in the stairwell to the upper apartments.  A small clothing horse would be handy for hanging smalls, but just my personal preference!

The apartment would benefit from a small table/chairs at the rear balcony as this is where the sun would hit in the morning.  It was almost mid-day when the pool was in the sun however this suited us for the kids when in the pool for shade.

A few upgrades to utensils, pots and pans as well as hooks on back of the doors would be useful.

When we arrived the property wasn’t clean there was mouldy cheese left in the fridge the towels were old and grey looking and had makeup on them .then the sunbed cushions were filthy. overall the furnishings were very old and dated the whole place needs a good overhaul to bring it up to anything like it describes on the booking site we were disappointed with its condition .on the plus side the pool and gardens were lovely and the location is perfect for all amenities I said in my review I wouldn’t recommend it but with some new furniture bedding and towels and a bit of tlc to bring it back to its former glory I would definitely recommend but till then disappointing 
Sorry for being honest but I think people should know what they are getting

We are a couple with an 11 year old girl and stayed May / June 2022,  the location is about a 5 - 10 minute walk down to the Turtle roundabout at the top of town where you can head in either direction depending on your plans. 

The apartment itself is a little tired in places but not enough to put you off, a lick of paint and a few fixings upgraded is all it needs. The facilities within the apartment are exellent, this place has everything you need for a good stay in a very good location.

There was no one else there when we were there so we had the pool to ourselves which was fantastic, this is kept imacculate, there were 5 loungers out but half a dozen more in the lobby area by the washing machine if needed. 

There is a lovely built in BBQ there but no BBQ tools which was a shame or at least any that we could find, I did ask Selina at Dalyan select but nothing come of it.

Dalyan Select look after the property and Selina is very helpful and will arrange private boat trips for you should you be so inclined, any issue you can WhatsApp her and it is sorted straight away.

We are going to be back in Dalyan next year hopefully with some friends so would want two appartments and would have no issues at all rebooking the storks nest, it is a lovely place with all you need.

Lovely apartment that was clean and comfortable. As it is a small complex, we practically had the swimming pool to ourselves. We had trouble with the TV but this was resolved quickly. The washing machine is shared and sometimes we had to wait to use. Very happy overall and good value. Thanks Richard for your timely communication throughout.

We enjoyed our stay, all facilities (restaurants, shops, markets) are miners away from the apartment. and I would recommend this property to my friends.

Great property, lovely and clean and close enough to the centre of town to walk (aprox 7 mins) but far enough away to be nice and peaceful. The Dalyan selec t office round the corner who organised the transfers and welcome pack were really friendly and helpful.  Our only complaint is that shortly after booking and reading the reviews I emailed Richard to ask about the situation with the sunbeds as someone had written there wasnt enough. He told me that this wasnt a problem anymore. In actual fact it is still a problem as there is only 6 sunbeds for 4 appartments that can hold up to 4 people each. Our first few days were fine but then all the appartments became full so it was a case of 6 sunbeds between 15 people which obviously doesnt work out.. There isnt  enough space at the pool for 16 sunbeds but there is garden space where they could be placed. I hope this hasnt put anyone off as I would still reccommend the appartment as overall it was fantastic but I do expect that if I am renting an appartment with a pool then I expect there to be adequate sunbeds, expecially when I ask in advance and am told thats its not a problem.

As a party of 4 adults we had plenty of room in the villa. The 3rd bedroom was small and would have been a push for 6 adults but ideal for a family.  We were very impressed with the size of the pool. The outside shaded area was well used to rest from the sun..The villa was well equipped with plenty of towels, bedding and the kitchen had all mod cons, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. 
The villa was a  20 min walk into town and we used to get a taxi back for 10 lira about £4. Ahmet the care taker was fantastic, he met us when we arrived and we also  arranged a private boat trip through him just for the 4 of us, which included  crab fishing, veiwing giant turtles, a visit to the mud baths, hot springs and lunch and all for less than £20 a head, fantastic value as we were out from 10am - 6pm. There is a bakers shop 2 mins from the villa where you can buy lovely freshly baked bread  for 25p a loaf!! and a little shop about 5 min walk away for milk, beers etc. The 2 mountain bikes supplied were great for these short trips. Restaurants that provided excellent food and service were Chefs steak house and Carretta pizza rest . Such lovely people... we had a fantastic holiday. Top tip take mozzie spray with you or buy OFF when you are there .

Villa TekYon, Dalyan

Fantastic villa, very well equipped, great location. Helpful information in villa especially the shortcut to Dalyan centre on foot. Ahmed (the property manager) there if you needed him and very informative. All transfers on time. We have stayed in many villas around Turkey and would rate this as one of our best. Would love to stay again, thank you.

We had a great holiday a great location for easy access to the town with plenty of shops, bars &amp; very good resturants.
The people in Turkey are very nice we were made very welcome in every shop resturant &amp; bar that we went to. It seemed that everyone couldnt do enough for you, without being to pushy.
We would definetley recommend it to people.
It was certainly the holiday for us quiet location although near to everything we wanted.

The property certainly did need a bigger kettle &amp; a little dissapointed that some of the cups were chipped.
But certainly  nothing that would put us off going again. Richard &amp; Kim looked after us very well. Very nice pepole.
