We were very pleased with this lovely apartment. The owner was very helpful with advice prior to our arrival and all instructions given were clear and accurate. The apartment was very clean + well equipped. The location was ideal - in a quiet street looking out onto trees, but within a short easy walk to the sea-front and the main parts of the town. The balconies were a real bonus, both a good size and ideal for sitting out in the sun or for eating meals. The dedicated parking space below was also very handy. Would happily return here.

The apartment was suitable for my needs. Spacious, and the two balconies would be ideal in summer. I had good contact with the owner prior, during, and after my visit and if I had any questions, I had both his number and the local lady's number. The complex is neat, and is equipped with an elevator - this is what you need when lugging heavy luggage around! As described, you are a few minutes from St. Lazarus church and with so many eateries around, you are spoilt for choice, and since you are not on the seafront, prices are reasonable. Since I was there to attend to personal business, the location and facilities more than met my needs.

The property was absolutely spotless. All facilities worked. Contact numbers were posted in the event of problems. Five minutes walk to the town centre and a couple of minutes more to the beach. The proprietor ensured that we knew everything prior to us leaving the UK and communicated with us on a regular basis. Absolutely brilliant proprty and would certainly recommend anyone to book this accommodation for a trouble free vacation.

it was a realy lovely apartment, with lots of room and two lovely belconeys to sit on one at the front and one at the back, so you are getting the sun all day long. the rooms are lovely and airey with lots of room and cupbord space to hang things.

This apartment is ideal holiday accommodation. The pictures don't do this apartment justice. It's clean, spacious and everything I needed in an apartment. I would certainly book this apartment again when I return to Cyprus next. It is a little walk from the main promenade but only 10 minutes but the accommodation is so much better value for money than anything else I've seen. I had a wonderful holiday here and would recommend it without reservation.

stayed at this property for six weeks in the summer of 2012 met our expectations!!! close to, all very clean and felt just like home away from home would def reccomend this apartment!!!!

We had a lovely time in Cyprus. The appartement was well equipped and we enjoyed the morning sun AND the afternoonsun.

The apartment was meticulously clean and furnished with essential needs. All appliances were in working order. Ther apartment was in easy walking distance to everything. The area was quiet, so we were not disturbed at night. The apartment was a better value than a hotel stay. *Also, it was easy to reserve the apartment on line. The apartment actually looked better than the online photos. Although Cyprus is not typcially a vacation spot for Americans, Americans looking for a REAL representation of services will certainly find it here. I encourage my fellow Americans to skip the carribean this year and go to Cyprus. It is so MUCH better (although the taxi are extremely expensive)...and watch out for the "time share" pitches everywhere. Do not ruin your vacation and get sucked into wasting your vacation time listening to their "pitches".
