Had an absolutely fantastic stay at villa damar. It was so tranquil and peaceful by the pool. The sound of birdsong all day was a dream. The villa ,pool and grounds was a fabulous size . Plenty of bloomage. Although there is work needed on the place and tired in parts you can see that the owners are attempting to put things right and of course takes time. The Gardner never came in our 2 week stay but the pool man came twice and was very good and helped us on the area. The cleaner was lovely too. The hairdryer was burnt out on arrival and was replaced no problem and we'd like to thank Lucas for helping us with the WiFi. Ur a star 🌟 Estapona itself was the best place we've stayed and would definitely be back. 😆

Lovely stay in large villa with lovely garden and pool. House large and spacious and as described on site. Would have expected given other villas that we have stayed in and late flight times and travelling with young children that a welcome pack with basics were in the house. No black bags for garbage or salt/ pepper, etc in the house so food shop essential as soon as arrive. Very built up house area and although lovely you definitely require a car as most roads have no pavements and long walk to first shop on the road. Any issues we had dealt with straight away, no bbq utensils and were received next day. Organised taxis from airport which was very handy too.

Overall had a good stay in this apartment albeit we did have a couple of problems but the agents were very good and did rectify them to the best of their ability. The sunbeds around the pool area are very uncomfortable indeed so we were unable to use them; especially if you have a bad back! It was a very busy area and the traffic was horrendous & parking was also hard especially if you are disabled! All in all we wouldn't return to this area.

The apartment mari had delightful views of the beach of playa del cristo from the balcony, with all fitted mod cons for a short break. Apartment block had good security, and underground parking was included, with easy walking distance to the port and the old town. This was my first time to this area and cannot wait to return.

Whilst we had a problem to start with, the agents were really helpful and sorted everything out fully. Would certainly use them again

Accommodation is exactly as in the photos. Home from home, with everything you would need for a comfortable holiday. Great outdoor seating areas. For information, this is a 3 storey building, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Located in a lovely secluded area, quiet (apart from the occasional traffic noise from the main road behind the property, heard when outdoors only). Two small beaches in 5 minutes walking distance and 2 swimming pools less than 1 minutes walk. Our only suggestion would be to add dark curtains or blinds in the bedrooms as the sun rises on that side of the property so it is very bright in the mornings. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

I have stayed in this villa July 2017 and August 2017 Its a good size villa with three bedrooms, large garden area with a large swimming pool. Being slightly up on the mountains its is a bit windy both with easterly and westerly winds. Nice views overlooking the mountains and sea, quiet surroundings. We had our small dog with us and its very dog friendly as the property is completely enclosed by surrounding walls. Gate and small drive to park comfortably. Transport is a must.

The villa had obviously not had a pre season check. Many, many things, both large and small needed replacing. Too numerous to mention. Most of our complaints were dealt with but everything should have been ready for our arrival, which was mid season. We were offered a refund for 2 of our 14 nights. Not great.

Had a fantastic holiday. Apartment good location and view from balcony overlookiing port was lovely. The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and had everything we required. We are looking forward to staying again. Highly recommended. We would also like to thank Martin and his team at Time in Spain (who look after the apartment) for all their help. Very nice apartment. Beautiful terraces and rooms, lots of bathrooms. A lovely pool and garden. Located near the sea, as well as a couple of diners.
