We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The location &amp; view was amazing. The only thing that someone needs to be aware of especially if they are unwell or elderly is the walk of the hill on the way up. It is a steep hill, however myself &amp; my family enjoy walks &amp; didn’t find this a problem. Julian was also a very friendly and helpful man. He always answered messages &amp; calls straight away while also always helping us with excellent tips &amp; advice. Miss it already &amp; would definitely go back to this apartment again.

The apartment is very spacious and as everyone has said, the views are stunning.
The furniture and beds are comfortable and the terrace is huge.
There are some down sides to it though.
The hill is NOT to be under estimated.
It is not only fairly steep but it is incredibly high up so it's not a short hill. Once you have got to the top of the hill there are another 60 plus steps to climb to get to the front door.
Unless your reasonably fit it would be a struggle.
The local shop is right at the bottom of the hill too so not easy to pop out for fresh bread or milk.
Only one of the bedrooms has actual curtains rather than thin net so be prepared to be up at sunrise!
Overall it's a lovely place if you can handle the steep hill and tons of steps.

Very large and comfortable apartment, all facilities, great view over the bay of Fethiye from the very, very large terrace. 10 min walk from Fethiye Marina on a very steep hill, so a car is recommended, especially, if you want to discover the surroundings including beaches an the many historic sights.. Inside Fethiye you are very close to the Marina and within walking distance to downtown with its charming streetlive and boat harbour.

Seul petit bémol, une climatisation sur les 4 qui fonctionnent moins bien que les autres, une bouilloire à changer et des ustensiles de cuisine à remplacer ou à compléter.

This was our first visit to Turkey and we couldnt have chosen a better place to stay. Thorough and regular communication with the  property manager Julian meant that we had confidence and reassurance throughout the booking and our holiday itself. The prebooked transfers were smooth and direct  and most importantly, stress-free.They were also competitively priced and for a family of 5 were value for money. The apartment itself was lovely. Spacious,airy and comfortable. There is a double bedroom with good space wardrobe and chair and air-con which although not as spacious and pretty as the other rooms, was nonetheless very comfortable and cool a twin room which is very airy and light with 2 chest of drawers, large wardrobe,chair and air con and a 3rd large room with double and a single bed, bedside table,large wardrobe and chair,air con and fan. Good nights sleep was had by all of us (3 adults, a 12 and 17 year old). The living/dining room is large and comfortable, 2 settees and comfy chair, dining table and chairs, excellent tv/DVD air con and fan and patio doors to terrace.The kitchen is large again with small table and chairs, great fridge/freezer with plenty of space for even the very large water bottles, a washing machine, microwave,toaster and kettle. There is only a hob which might prove off putting to those who want full cooking facilities, but we were happy to cook pasta,rice and egg dishes and we ate out every day as its very reasonable. There is a shower room with toilet,sink and ample cupboard/shelf space and also a separate toilet with sink.(remember sanitation disposal is different from England and respect it and you will be fine!) The terrace area is huge with loungers,tables chairs and parasols and what is the most fantastic view over the sea and mountains. (Railings around but not suitable for  very young children as you would be constantly worrying about them ) There are also clothes airers and pegs/washing line. The pool is large, clean and immaculately kept with plenty of space for sun lounging and for sun shade. This is a great property, which has a few cosmetic wear and tear things but none which would detract from having an extremely comfortable and happy time here. Fethiye itself is a fantastic place it has the right blend of everything. An old part (Paspatur) which is 10 mins walk away and brimming with life and character, restaurants/bars and shops a new part about 20 mins walk with McDonalds and co. but also with pretty gardens/park/excellent toilets and water features (the fountains light up at night-beautiful) marina/waterfront and promenade (10mins walk) with restaurants/ice cream lining it great supermarket (sainsburys quality) and also plenty of smaller grocery shops, a fish market and the Tuesday go-to Fethiye market (fresh foods,eateries and bags/clothing etc.) Theres also historical features, the tombs(Amyntas) about 20-25 mins walk, and a museum.There are so many boat trips to choose from, all with great buffet lunches and very reasonable (about £10-15 each all in) The dolmus (buses) are a great way of getting about, bus station about 15-20 mins walk away, use it to get to Olu Deniz (most famous beach) and Saklikent (we chose not to go on jeep safari and make our own way there for a longer stay and fewer people) There isnt a beach as such in Fethiye there is a water taxi from the promenade to Calis Beach (less than £2 each , every half hour and also returning late into night and its a lovely boat ride over) and there are the dolmus ( catch at bottom of road from apartment, stick your hand out to hail) to Samanlik and Kuleli beaches, (less than £1.50, every 20 mins) lovely beaches, with toilets/changing, cafe and drinks very low key and chilled out. Great tourist information centre in the town. This is such a fantastic place, we would return and recommend. We havent mentioned the hill yes it is a climb up and definitely not for mobility issues. Try avoiding the walk back in heat of day, evening fine. Use taxi from town (about £3-4) and combine with grocery shop/fethiye market.think about the wonderful views and go BOOK It!!!

Our holiday was without doubt enhanced by the attention of the manager Julian.  Unobtrusively on hand at all times, welcoming, a mine of information and our 5 stars awarded for communication with owner relate to Julian.  The apartment is extremely comfortable and spacious and the view from the balcony is spectacular as promised. A couple of minor points the apartment has no oven and would be unsuitable for the infirm due to the steep hill and steps up to the property. We ourselves did not find it a problem and cant wait to return.

Very nice apartment in an excellent location  - within an easy walk (uphill on the way back though) of the heart of Fethiye.  Local manager (Julian) was most helpful with tourist advice, being on the end of a cell phone if anything was needed.  .  I would certainly stay here again and recommend it heartily to others.

great apartment, fully equipped, huge sun terrace, good size swimming pool and sunbathing area. ideal for families. quiet area.
stunning views of fethiye bay.
a leisurely walk down the hill into the town, shops, restaurants, took me about 10 minutes. but i would advise a taxi back, at 7TRY lira.
i can highly recommend this property.

last but not least, julian, who handled the property, was very thorough and helpfull with information of the area, transfers, welcome pack,restaurants( Sezai).we will return to this lovelly apartment.

Fethiye is a wonderful town, restaurants, bars, a bazaar, markets, tombs and a marina are among the many attractions here. That said, it is not a resort town, it is more laid back and not at all noisy.
The flat is very lucky in its aspect as you can see across the bay to the mountains on the far side. The hill it is situated on is, yes, steep but we (+ the kids) walked up and down it a couple of times a day with no ill effects !
The flat is clean, spacious and very well equipped, we wanted for nothing. On arrival we were met by Julian who proved to be a font of local knowledge and was happy to sit down with a map and show us what was where etc .. 
The pool area was clean and situated as it is at the back of the property a very quiet place, with a stunning view up the mountain side, this is where you tend to bump into the other residents who are also very helpful and kind.
To finish off, a note about the Turkish peoples them selves .... you could not wish for more polite helpful and interesting people, they made our trip a huge pleasure.

This is a lovely apartment, tastefully furnished and with most of the facilities that youll need on holiday. Unfortunately, the description doesnt make it clear that the air conditioning is only installed in the living area and not in the bedrooms. As the temperature doesnt dip below the mid-20s at night in Fethiye, this was an immediate problem and we had to ask for some fans in order to sleep comfortably.

Also, on a day of exceptional rain, the living room area was subjected to a minor flood and we couldnt see where the water had come from. This was cleared up by the property manager, but it would be of concern during the wetter months in Fethiye. When it rains there, it really rains!

Overall, we were happy with the apartment, and Julian, the manager was very helpful and attentive. But, we would like to see the description improved to warn of the lack of air-con throughout. However, this is probably reflected in the price, which is a good deal cheaper than other apartments in the block.
