We got just what we wanted-a relaxing time with sunshine and palm trees.  The apartment was very nice, comfortable, well stocked,  and had a great view to the sea and the mountains.  We had all our meals out on the terrace.  The complex is very clean and well maintained with friendly residents both short and long term.  In addition to all that was listed there was a new gym facility with shower and sauna.  The tennis court was not in use due to recontruction of the foundation behind the property-the only draw back to our time.  Our children thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pools and we spent most of our time out there.  We had beautiful hot sunshine and perfect temperatures in the shade.  The owner was very helpful in getting our booking in order and everyone there on site was friendly and helpful.  Theres a little cove down in Venta Lanuza with a bar/restaurant with mostly English speakers and a shelf of books- if your looking for something to read bring along something to exchange.  The beach in El Campello was nice as well with perfect water temperatures and some good shopping.  The lift for the Castle in Alicante is not working at the moment but you can drive up on the other side-or just walk around the beach/marina and take in the atmosphere.  Although we made plans to see things in the area we were really content to stay close by and enjoy the pool/sea.  We will recommend this to friends and hope to return another time to stay here and see more of the many sights near and far and once again enjoy the sunshine and palm trees.

Cala D'Or Apartments

we were a bit hesitant at first as we always hire villa's but this apartment kept my family of 4 in complete luxury.We were amazed at the quality of the furnishings and the communal facilities ie the large pool and the smaller shallow children's pool there is also a well equipped gym and football and tennis court.(although the tennis court was not available when we stayed due to some work being done on it).There are also luxurious changing facilities for men and women with sauna's,showers and toilets giving it the feel of a modern, "day spa".This apartment complex is gorgeous and we will be staying here again.The apartment itself is basically an ikea show home (my wife has taken some of the product numbers off the furniture so we can purchase when we get home) and has everything you want and more (tv,dvd,hifi,microwave etc) so take your own movies and music if you wish.the location is perfect 30 mins from alicante 30 mins from benidorm and 15 mins to we considered the best beach "Villajoisa".The owner has thought of everything and provided us with comprehensive guides and instructions the view from the terrace is amazing and we are already missing it .Overall this apartment is excellent quality and exceedingly good value for money.

What a lovely well equiped clean apartement, very comfortable beds, superb balcony with stunning views of the sea and mountains.  The  Large Pool , Gym and Sauna make this apartment excellent value.  The local town of El Campello has something for everyone, a good selections of resturants and shops probably the best shoe shop I've every been in, all excellent value, with beautiful beach and warm aqua blue sea.  I will definately rebook!  Thank you for a relaxing holiday.

The property is by far the best equiped that I have ever rented.
The Apartments are situated in a safe and secure complex, with a pleasent swimming pool and games area making it ideal for families with children.
The town of El Campello is a ten minute drive away with an excellant sandy beach and a good selection of cafes and restaurants to choose from if you prefer to eat out (which I do).
All our shopping was done at the supermarkets in El Campello, which again offers a wide variety of foods and goods.
There is still further development taking place within the area which was not obtrusive or noisy and would certainly not stop me from booking at Cala D'Or Apartments or visiting the area again next year.

An immaculately maintained apartment with all mod cons and a fantastic view from the terrace. (The photos don't do it justice!) Loved El Campello - only a very short drive - beautiful beach and a really good choice of restaurants.
Sunbeds provided allowed us to have a great time lounging around the pool. Also great fun to play tennis for the first time in a while. Very prompt response to booking enquiries. We'll definitely book again and will be recommending to all our friends. Thank you for a fabulous break.

Excellent communication and reliability in making the booking and collection from the airport. Apartment is very well set up with all facilities you could think of, even down to a pair of binoculars to enjoy the view further. It was all easy, organised , clean and relaxing. Bar, shop and bus stop just around corner. 
Only possible suggestion is  a couple of  sunbeds to use for comfort by the lovely pool.
We had a great time and will be making repeat bookings.

had a brill time every thing was fantastic and well catered for especially with 2 small babies. found a good taxi driver(left his number in the book) only a couple of little pointers-please could there be some instructions on how to assemble the traverl cot as we had a little difficulty setting it up. also we found a little play ground in the middle and would not have known it was there if we hadnt noticed it.kids has a brill time and so did we so thank you.

This apartment was very good value for money and is located in a good spot for exploring the area. A car is recommended. We went out of season so it was a bit too cold to use the pool but is looks well maintained and clean. Towels were not provided so remember to take your own, other than that everything else is taken care of!

A modern and airy apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. The views are great - fantastic to get up early and have breakfast on the spacious terrace (easily seats 6) and watch the sun rise (or set) over the sea and mountains in the distance. El Campello is a small bustling town with a super beach and nice sea-side bars and restaurants and lots of playgrounds for the kids. Detailed instructions for driving around the local area are supplied with the keys - you'll never get lost going to the shops! Plenty of ideas are supplied in the flat for places to visit and things to do which was very helpful. We'll be back (in a few weeks to be precise!).

Looking for relaxing, quiet accommodation whilst exploring this part of the Costa Blanca, we found exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is modern, spacious, well equipped and contains many creature comforts such as a toaster, microwave, kettle, tv, dvd player, it even boasts a small collection of books and has the added benefit of free wi-fi. Whenever we are away our preference is to have a nice simple breakfast where we are staying. Here we could sit on the terrace eating our breakfast (and other meals as it transpired) whilst taking in fantastic panoramic views of the Costa Blanca coast line including in the distance Benidorm, with the contrasting mountains in the foreground, truly inspiring and a view you could never tire of! 
The other facilities include a swimming pool, a child’s pool, gym, sauna and tennis court all of which are immaculately maintained within the gated complex, although I do confess to only having a gentle swim! 
We found the most convenient and relaxing way of exploring the Costa Blanca was aboard the tram. We drove the short journey to the tram station (about 2.5km to Venta Lanuza) and parked the car. The trams are clean and reliable and run every 30 minutes and allow you to fully relax and absorb all the views whilst on your journeys. The highlight for us was the modestly fantastic El Campello with its beautiful long sandy beach and discrete promenade but we also enjoyed both Alicante and Villa Joiosa.
For evening meals we like to eat out, sampling the ambiance of the local restaurants .We found the best choices are a pair of restaurants within walking distance of the apartment or a short drive (10 minutes) into El Campello which gives you a huge choice of restaurants all with a romantic sea view. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay here and will be booking a return in 2017.
