Everything was perfect from the booking to the property to the stay.  The house is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect.  We were looking for privacy and this rental provided exactly that.  Dave and Barbara provided all the necessities we needed to get started and even called to make sure we found everything to our satisfaction.  We will highly recommend this rental to all our friends and family.

The owners have thought of everything, we were very comfortable for the 26 days that we stayed there, the villa was very clean, and just as described, I had a call from the owner when I was there to check everything was good, which made it more personable.  We have been going to this area since 2013, Twice a year for a month at a time, this villa was one of our favourites, the outside area Luna and pool amazing, the heated pool made all the difference, thank you for sharing your lovely home.

The property exceeded our expectations.  We were delighted when we arrived to find such a delightful home from home.  All the rooms and facilities were excellent, the pool and outside areas were also excellent.  We had a great time staying there.  The owners and their agents keep everything to the best standard possible.  We love the area and have returned many times.

This is our ninth stay in Rotonda over the last 15 yrs and we have just spent 18 days in the best Villa yet. Most Villas are well decorated and clean so what makes this special for us. It has to be the Lanai and pool area. The pool is a great size but the special bit is the Lanai with its superb arrangement of furniture. In a place like Florida you spend most of your waking time outdoors and this is just what you want. 
We had a couple of minor maintenance problems during our stay but these were dealt with right away by the local management team and David &amp; Barbara, the owners, were on the phone from the UK to make sure everything was ok. The communication was superb.
Because of its location, being surrounded by a Nature reserve, we had a great view of the wild life. As well as Wild Pigs, Racoons and lots of Birdlife, for the first time we saw a Bobcat and two young ones.
If your looking for a nice relaxing spot, close to beaches we would strongly recommend this Villa.

This is a beautiful villa, clearly loved by the owners who have made it both elegant and comfortable.  We have rented many times in Florida and this property exceeded our expectations.  We particularly appreciated the stylish lanai furniture for relaxing and dining out of the sun.  This house has a touch of luxury with all the comforts of home.  The area is quiet yet all beaches and restaurants are only a short drive. 

The villa is great and had everything we needed. The area is lovely and quiet, ideal to come back to and unwind.

A lovely comfortable villa in gorgeous surroundings. Sun sunshines over the large pool area from 8.00am til 7pm in May. 

Villa not overlooked and excellent music system throughout villa including the pool. The villa itself is very spacious and clean, the owners have really thought about the needs of their visitors, including beach equipment and cool box (something we have never had before in a villa) and extras from maps and brochures of locality to Mosquito repellent and first aid. Would definitely rent this villa again.

Beautiful villa in  a lovely area. We enjoyed the local beaches, the wildlife (tortoises, cranes, storks, pigs, racoons, armadillos!!) and just lazing around the pool area. Rontunda was a peaceful area, and the villa itself was outstanding.

Very pleased with location of villa, met descriptions and had everything that we needed.  Very comfortable bedding, loads of towels etc.  These things make the holiday relaxing etc as there was just nothing to worry about.
