This was the perfect location for a quiet break in the winter sunshine. The apartment was perfect for the two of us, although it has full facilities for four. It is very modern, clean and well designed. The owner has thought of everything and all information to get the most from your stay is provided. The views from the balcony are simply stunning and we cannot imagine a better view in the vicinity. There are good beaches, bars, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed at this apartment in the middle of winter so are unable to give an impression of the area and its facilities in the summertime. The La Manga strip is a long sand bar which encloses the Mar Menor, it is a dead-end and the apartment is 14km along the strip, so you will need to take this into account if you are thinking of doing regular travelling to other parts of Murcia. For us in a hire car, it was not a problem, because at this time of year the roads are empty! Apart from activities on or in the water, the local area offers plenty for the walker, cyclist or scenic driver and the weather has a better sunshine record than other Spanish coastal locations, we had sun every day.

For anyone wanting a nice relaxing time this is the place to be. A beautifully presented and luxurious apartment, the owner has thought of everything to make this a fantastic holiday from pick-up at the airport . The apartment is clean and has everything you could want whether you want to chill out by the pool or stay indoors. Believe me you wont be dissapointed go on book it now.

Just to let you know our holiday in your apartment was lovely. The apartment was very clean with everything to hand and the pickup and dro poff at the airports very reasonable. We very much enjoyed the proximity of both the Mar Menor and the Meditteranean. The local bus was very much used as was the local supermarket and the trips to the marina were very good together with the ferry trip over to Santiago de la Ribera. We would certainly think about a return visit and recommending friends and family to go. Cheryl was extremely helpful in her help on knowledge of the area etc. Although it was very quiet this we enjoyed.

We would both like to thank you for a wonderful holiday, the apartment is top class and the views wonderful. Everything was superb, we couldnt find fault with anything, it was just as described. Your book of information was invaluable and covered everything we needed. As you suggested we went to visit Santiago de La Ribera by ferry, it was a really enjoyable trip. The children appreciated the buckets and spades you provided and the Mar Menor beach being calm and shallow was great for them. Thanks again for the very prompt and efficient way in which you have dealt with everything.

We found sitting on the balcony with a bottle of wine watching the boats coming into and out of the marina very peaceful. The apartment was clean and well cared for and homely. There was a good selec tion of books and the DVDs were handy for nights in. For self catering the supermarket at the entrance to the resort was convenient and had a good choice. We really enjoyed visiting Cartagena which is a beautiful city. We liked the Mar Menor beach and even tried the mud treatment! All in all a great holiday and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to our friends.

Just to let you know that we had a fabulous week at the apartment which is perfect! (you have thought of everything). The first thing I noticed was the fantastic view of the marina, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by! We particularly enjoyed the Italian and Mexican restaurants at the marina. Airport pickups were also stress free so yes we feel we had a 5 star holiday.

We had a super holiday at your apartment and were most comfortable. We like the Mar Menor coast very much for the fact it is not over touristy. This helped us to feel that we were really away from it all..

We loved the apartment, specially the wonderful view over the marina from all the rooms, but also several details that make it so comfortable (the owners guest manual with up to date schedules, the DVD collection, etc.). The apartment was very clean and both key handovers (on arrival and on departure) went ok. We had a very relaxing time at the apartment and enjoyed getting to know La Manga, specially the less populated area after Tomas Maestre bridge, where Los Miradores is. 

It was a great week, a wonderful time in a wonderful apartment! It is a very comfortable place with fabulous views to the marina and the sea. The owner has thought about all the items that you can need during a relaxing time as DVDs, CDs, magazines, maps, plans, recipes and yes it makes the difference ! I am already missing the breakfast in the balcony just facing the time going by ... Thank you for such a wonderful time and a lovely place. 

We spent a splendid holiday in this large, nice and clean apartment. we enjoyed the marvellous views from the balcony, boats are passing in front of you! 

We had a very enjoyable holiday at the apartment, which was comfortable, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. As we were there in July the air condtioning was always good to come back too. The views from the balcony make it easy to spend much of the day just boat watching. We swam in the both sides of the sea which are just a few minutes walk away. The Med side was always quiet and clean. We made use of the on site Supermarket which is well stocked and used the local bus service to visit other areas of the Strip. We came home with lots of memories, feeling relaxed and sad to leave.

The apartment was great - enjoyed a beer or two on the balcony while watching the boats go by. 
It was a little quiet for the teenage lads but they did enjoy the pool and snorkelling - they also appreciated the DVDs. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her facial and massage at La Manga club and would definitely recommend it. Thanks for your help with the organisation of the holiday.
