Enjoyable stay, great apartment, location good, value for money. Some suggestions for improvement- outdoor furniture needs replacing as some broken, electric cables in downstairs wardrobe need attention, information folder needs updating. Any issues we had were resolved by Zara - thankyou very much.

The apartment is large, well equipped and decorated. It has its own entrance (huge benefit absent in the ad). The local road is not noisy. Sometimes we suffer from noise from nearby "Palmiye Garden Hotel", but not at late night. The A-101 supermarket is 10 minutes walk, and bigger Migros MM supermarket (near Hospital) is 15 minutes walk. We enjoyed the good collection of DVDs and books in English. The area is perfectly clear and a garden is ideal, full of fruit trees. The pool is clear and apt has the sun umbrella and two chain-decks with mattresses free to use. The kitchen has all the stuff, a fridge is large enough for a family of 3 persons. There were always parking places available for free on the street. Julia and maintenance guys are quick to respond. The only problem we faced was that at the beach there was lack of toilets, changerooms, and showers. And all amenities were for Hotel Guest Only, not for us. Also, you can hear the singer from mosque 5 times in a day, the earliest at 5 AM, the latest at 9.30 PM. Also, a transfer via maintenance company Lotus in a minivan is cheaper than an official city and airport taxis.

This was the best stay we ever had, thanks, Julia. I'd recommend this apartment to stay at.

What a beautiful apartment in an excellent location, thank you very much Julia for sharing your lovely home with us. We have just (Rather sadly) returned from 2 weeks in sunny Turkey 31/03/18 - 13/04/18 2 adults and 2 children, 17 &amp; 12. We booked the transfer from the airport to the apartment (About 1 hour) through Julia, this was for a very reasonable price and went like clockwork. The apartment really is stunning, the photos don't do it justice. Side is surrounded by snow topped mountains, at least this time of year, the temperature was 21 - 26 during the day and still quite reasonable in the evenings, I found a light fleece fine for walking around in. The apartment itself was a bit chilly in the evenings, I assume you could use the air-con to get some heat? to be honest I really don't like air-con so was happy not to use it, again if you come this time of year a thick jumper and slippers are a good idea. You are about 8 minutes away from the sea, it is down a steepish path but certainly manageable for most people. You have a nice beach with plenty of sand, again you have lovely views of the mountains. A word of warning! toilets are at a premium so be prepared to visit lots of bars if you have a dodgy bladder like me :-). The apartment is in a quiet area but only a 5 - 10 walk away from lots of shops, bars and restaurants, you are also surrounded by lots of little convenience shops. I found the apartment to be well equipped, loads of towels, and they had thought of the little things, all of the sinks had soap/hand-wash left, there was washing up liquid and some soap powder, salt and pepper and odds and ends to cook with, as I say little things but greatly appreciated. You had a decent selection of plates, dishes, glasses, mugs etc and plenty of cutlery, my only small gripe was these weren't particularly clean, but once I had blitzed everything though the decent dishwasher all was fine. The upstairs shower is excellent and powerful enough to strip paint, the whirlpool bath is also fun. I found the main mattress a bit hard by the middle of the 2nd week, my son also found the single bed a bit uncomfortable, possibly invest in some mattress toppers? these can make a real difference. All in all a fantastic holiday, personally I would be more than happy to book again for next year.

My wife and I stayed at No 1 Lymra Apartment for two weeks in October 2017, and found it to be very spacious, EVERY single thing that 
is required for a great holiday is supplied by the owner,  Sunbeds, Mattresses, Books, Toiletries, Iron  &amp; Board,   Large flat screen TV,
 DVD player, loads of Towels,even a Shopping Trolley
The apartment is situated in the corner making it very private, with a lovely  Swimming  Pool  immediately outside the rear balcony,
Almost like your own Villa, we had a wonderful relaxing peaceful holiday, and would definitely recommend the apartment many thanks JOHN CHURCHWARD

This was our fifth stay at Lymra 1, so it´s easy to understand that we really like this apartment and area. Like always we were almost alone at the pool area, there are only a few others staying there at the same time as we do, this year we arrived at the 20th of July and stayed for three weeks until the 11th of August. This year the apartment was repainted inside and it was very "fresh". 
The area surrounding Lymra is very quiet and calm, it´s about 10-15 minutes walk down to the beach, depending on where you want to stay. Just a few minutes away there are restaurants and a small supermarket where you can buy food and other stuff.
If possible we definitly will return next year!

The apartment was very nice, spacious, clean and had aircon in every rooms. We loved the apartment and it was very centrally located, close to the shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to the beach although the beach is mostly occupied by 5 star hotels and you need to pay for the sunbeds when you find a bar/cafe with allocated seating area.  

My only complaint would be the pool management,  whatever theyre using for swimming pool treatment was extremely high that we all had some side effects on face, also all our kids ended up having ear infection and some sort of allergy on their body (a reaction from chemicals in the pool) at the end and we had to take them to the hospital after holiday. We use various pools every year but this was extremely highly toxicated in my opinion. You cant open your eyes in the pool it burns so bad, never experienced that before. We have never ever had any issues with swimming pools before. They should really look into this for future bookings and make sure the treatment they use is moderate. Overall the apartment, the pool area, garden was very nice.

We had a wonderful family holiday in this lovely apartment, we particularly enjoyed the pool area and being so close to the beach and other amenities. The excellent communication with the owner and efficient  comfortable transfers meant our holiday was relaxing and hassle free from start to finish.

The apartment was was off the beaten track a bit, although the beach was walkable and it was easy to get around on the dolmus  .  The grounds and the apartment could do with a bit of a tidy up.  The paths needed weeding, there were lots of anthills and the brick pavers were uneven.  Whilst we were there the trees and hedges were trimmed and they left quite a lot of debris on the ground around the pool, although this was cleared up within a couple of days.

The apartment itself needed some TLC, the 3rd bedroom was very small and the wardrobe door  kept falling off its runners, the showers kept getting blocked and flooding the bathroom, there was a huge burn mark around the hob in the kitchen, and most of the blinds kept breaking.  The air conditioning units were noisy and the one in the 2nd bedroom didnt work properly.

Having said all that, most of these things were trivial and we did enjoy our holiday, the pool and the the resort was great, if a bit spread out.  It would be good idea if a more detailed map could be provided and/or directions to the things mentioned in the handbook, there is quite a few good suggestions but it is not easy to orientate yourself and work out where they are in relation to the apartment.

ust had a brilliant 2 weeks at the apartment with my husband, daughter, her partner and my 14 month old grandaughter. We booked on monday morning and arrived on the Friday evening of the same week! The whole booking process, transfer and communication with the owner and their representatives Graham and Pat was first class. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The pool was lovely and we had 4 sunbeds assigned to the apartment. Any requests we had during our stay were promply dealt with. We would definately go back to Side and the apartment again in the future.
