The property is well located although a car is needed. Most of the apartments in the blocks were empty so the pool was often ours exclusively. Most of the other apartments are not let commercially so we had to abide by rules of whose chairs belonged to whom at the pool side. Lots of steps to descend to the apartment so it would not be suitable for elderly or infirm. A problem with damp bed linen was sorted immediately, although pillows were not the best in the main bedroom (only discovered the day we left!). The only downside of the apartment is its very basic provision of utensils, cutlery etc. for example no coffee maker/cafetiere, only one large serving bowl, no garlic press, and only 4 knives and forks. However it was good value and the views were lovely.

The property was advertise as Luxury when it certainly was not. The apartment was very nice, but not what any of us would have called luxurious- rather more on the basic side, to be honest. There was very little cutlery ,crockery and cookware, so that when you entertained guets there were insufficent materials. Also, a number of facilities were in poor condition: for example, the bin was broken and rather unhygienic in the heat, and although the towels were plentiful, they were very old and grey. In all, the apartment was jn essence not as described in the details in several key respects which was most disappointing. L. Howson

I disagree with some of the comments form Leonie but I do respect her opinion. I have now replaced the Pedal bin, which I was not aware of, and have also provided more cutleries etc to facilitate the need to entertain guest. I can assure you this apartment will meet most people’s expectations, as it is a very lovely, clean, modern apartment with all the latest mod cons. There are plenty of clean white towels and linen provided to accommodate a party of 6.
If you take a look at all the other customer reviews you will see their expectations have been met and their overall experience has been excellent which appears to be a far cry from Leonie experience unfortunately.

This 2 bedroomed apartment was definitely great value for money. As we arrived late at night we were given instructions to find the key and the apartment manager would meet us the next morning. On arrival we found the fridge full of basics ie. milk, butter, marmalade, water, bread, etc. There was also plenty tea, coffee and supplies in the cupboards. Very clean and tidy with everything you need for self catering, plenty of towels too. The apartment manager John came to meet us the next morning, asking if everything was fine and he even gave us a lift into Paphos, where we were collecting our car. Do bear in mind that the pictures have been "stretched" though and its not quite as big as it looks, although still very spacious. There was an information book with contact numbers of local services, taxis, etc., but this could have been a little better had they included a better local map, ideas of places to visit in the Paphos/Coral Bay area and local markets, etc. The air conditioning is great and works very quickly - we certainly needed it! Beautiful views, so peaceful yet only a 10 min walk from Tala Village (we found this shortcut after a couple of days). The shared pool is perfect for lazing around in and there was only one other person ever in the pool while we were there. Wed recommend that you need a car and that the apartment is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems as the area is very hilly and there are 3 flights of stairs. Plenty of lovely places to see around the area and Coral Bay is 10/15 mins drive, while Paphos is approx 20 mins drive. If wed needed anything we knew we could contact the property manager and hed have helped, but everything was fine. Wed definitely recommend this property for a lovely holiday in Cyprus and hope to return sometime in the future.

We arrived an hour late after the flight was delayed, hence we didnt get to the apartment until about 11.00 pm. When we got to the apartment, it was quite a way out and we did not see any shops nearby, and so had no milk, water or anything to eat or drink. This was a bit of a disappointment, it would have been nice to have had milk in the apartment for late arrivals. Next day, in the light, we realised that we were quite a way up the hill from Tala, the nearest village. You could not walk to the only supermarket in Tala or any of the tavernas on the square, you really have to have a car otherwise you would really feel isolated. The apartment was modern, clean and had the most amazing backdro p with the mountain at the back of it. You could see the sea from the large patio, veranda area. Everything was in the apartment that you would need, even a dishwasher. We had a BBQ on the patio/veranda area and it was very pleasant. It was very good value for money. This is ideal if you want a very quiet relaxing holiday. Coral Bay is about 6KM away, and you can get a taxi from there for about 20 euros. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in Coral Bay. Paphos is about 7KM away and has a lovely harbour with plenty of things to do there. But as said before, you will need a car or pay large taxi fares if you want to venture away from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay there, apart from our arrival night!

very nice little place, only let down by the weather at the time of our visit(most rain cyprus has had in years + freak tornado?) affecting the tv reception for most of the holiday. very friendly meet and greet host always willing to answer our questions. unfortunatley due to the direction that the appartment faces not alot of sun, but hey you dont go on holiday to sit in during the day do you??

Owner was very nice and we had a great conversation before and during our rent. He answered questions very fast.

Excellent value for the money, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend it to our friends & family. We found the apartment to be accommodating, clean and comfortable, the views were amazing especially whilst relaxing out on the garden patio. A car is recommended although the local village is within walking distance (5 min approx) there we discovered a few nice bars & restaurants. I guess the apartment is fairly new, as it is very smart & modern in a small development, which is a real plus, as it allowed us to have the communal pool to ourselves for most of the holiday. The apartment could benefit by having broadband, but we were able to use the free Wi-Fi in the local bars nearby. All in all, a very lovely apartment worth every penny, we look forward to using it again. Mr. & Mrs. Thompson
