If I could give 10 stars I would! From booking to checkout everything was seamless, Marie was above and beyond helpful. The Apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean and 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. A special thanks to Chris &Keith for their kindness, help&advice

Fantastic apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Beautiful gardens and peaceful pool. Owner very helpful and quick to respond. Found some great beaches nearby, kids loved the aqua park and the boat trips from Altinkum are a great day out and good value. Highly recommend this apartment.

A brilliant place to stay for families but also couples as it is peaceful and so beautiful close to restaurants along the seafront and market all within walking distance and a small shop within 2 minutes walk and next to a bar and a food cafe sunsets are to die for and close to the waterfront our little peace of heaven

This is a really amazing Villa We arrived at night so we could only explore the inside which was absolutely fantastic. Three bedrooms three bathrooms. Clean and tidy. The next morning we discovered the true wonder of the building which was the grounds. The most wonderfully kept (award winning) gardens and pool. There are 16 apartments but the pool was always quiet often with only us in. The local residents are a mixture of local and expats and were all really friendly. The caretaker MURAT was excellent and even though we arrived late he greeted us and helped us settle in. The booking process was quick and simple and the instructions from the owner were excellent. We had email correspondence with her prior to departure and all our questions were answered quickly. The local town is a very easy 5 minute walk and the beach half that. We preferred another beach about a 15 minute walk around the headland although in August heat this can be a little bit demanding (had to stop at Jimmys bar on the way there and back) Good selec tion of restaurants at reasonable prices (about £8 a head) and the waiters were all very friendly. Some English people can be put off by them trying to get you to come into their restaurant but a smile and maybe tomorrow comment means they will leave you alone There is an excellent night market in the local town open til 11pm (although I never knew it to be shut anytime of day) there are the usual selec tion of stalls for clothes, presents etc plus excellent fruit and vegetable stalls that sell the usual and unusual. The whole market sells counterfeit goods that look the part but you have to haggle. Turkish people are really pleasant and friendly. They recognise that you are their guests in their country. Everyone we met was relly proud to be Turkish Some things you have to do. Local bus into ALTINKUM which is the resort part of DIDIM. Buses are cheap (about £1 a trip) and plentiful. (Never run to catch a bus there will be another one in 5 minutes) Dont look for bus stops they will pick you up anywhere just stick out a hand. The conductors speak enough English to take you £1 and tell you where to get off. Just walk to the market and ride from there to wherever you want. Boat trip from ALTINKUM, 6 hours on a boat that stops in 4 or 5 bays. dro ps anchor and you just jump in. Ice cream vans Turkey style are speed boats that follow the fleet around. The boat trip cost £10 per person and includes lunch. Take plenty of water though the drinks can be expensive. Trip to Sirence and Kusadassi. Bit of a trek by coach but picturesue village with opportunities to buy the local produce then a visit to bird island. Day trip to KOS. £20 a head bit of an early start but well worth the experience. Also get to buy duty free (some drinks can be expensivein Turkish bars spirits etc luckily cold beer is cheap) Take some English money. Trips are cheaper if you pay in sterling. Remember to take your £10 visa money which you had to pay at the airport. Some things not recommended. Booking your airport transport through MAXI TOURS. They are the cheapest for a reason. Our journey started with a massive argument amongst the staff. They are so cheap that they dont pay the parking at the airport so you have to walk out of the airport cross several roads and then run the gauntlet of the local police who move them on. We thought we were on our way several times but all we did for the first hour was drive off the road we were parked on circle the airport then stop again in the same spot until moved on again by the armed police. We then had an hour and half journey from hell as he tried to catch up time. Turkish driving is not good but this was the worst we experienced. On top of that the driver ripped us off by demanding payment for the return trip. Needless to say when we went in to confirm our return there was no mention of our having paid. We complained and got nowhere everybody knew what had happenned but we didnt get our money back. Luckily for us we had made a good contact with SABA tours and they got us back to the airport for £50 in a large airconditioned bus. However, even that could not dampen our first holiday to Turkey and we would definately love to go back and especially if we could stay at Villa Kanye - we named it our little bit of Paradise!!

what an end to what seemed an endless journey - the site what greeted us was excellent a real home from home. The complex was small and could not have been friendlier with residents going out of their way to make you feel welcome. The pool was excellent - right outside the door and was kept immacualte by the resident handyman. We took advantage of the free dolmus which stopped just outside to take us to and from the large supermarket and often took the lovely stroll along the nearby waterfront to catch the dolmus to altinkum. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone It was fantastic - would love to go back

Had a great time in this fantastic property on a small, friendly complex. Very well equipped and beautifully clean. Pool although just outside front door was not noisy. Ideal for families or anyone looking to have a quiet relaxing holiday. Really was just a minute or two walk from the beach and the small shops and restaurant /cafes,where we ate almost every night as food was so good and very reasonably priced. Fantastic market with fresh friut and veg only 5 mins walk. Dolmus into Altinkum was only 5 mins walk. Locals and permenant residents were really friendly and couldnt have been more helpful. We enjoyed it so much we are thinking of buying!!

Really pleased with our visit to turkey and especially to the property we stayed at.we didnt know what to expect but was very very impressed and pleased with the whole experience. The property had plenty of space and with AC made it very comfortable in the soaring temperatures and being so close to the pool gave you a perfect way to cool down and relax. The gardens are award winning and add to the whole relaxing side to the property. The water front is within minutes of the apartment with lovely views and the most perfect of sunsets!!!! Jimmys bar is a couple minutes away which is so friendly and welcoming ,with great atmosphere and fresh food served to order.I would recommend this property to friends and family for a relaxing holiday :-)) .

What a wonderful holiday! Amenities to suit all the family within walking distance. Local restaurants were lovely, cheap food and drink on the doorstep. The apartment was beautiful, the complex was ideal with just 20 on the site the residents were really friendly, and were already saving to go back next year!
