We have stayed at several villas at El Valle and Villa Isobel is undoubtedly one of the best yet. It has everything you could ask for. The Vila is equipped to the highest standard, top quality furnishings and superb private pool area and it has a nice homely feel to it as well, with lots of books, DVD's etc to choose from, and the use of the owners bikes etc. It is ideal for families. El Valle is remote and quiet and a car is essential, there is only a small store and bar/restaurant on site at the clubhouse, but it is a good base for exploring the Murcia region. Villa is well equipped and homely with a great pool and terrace outside. The addition of bikes, wifi, table tennis, and Sky sports were all welcome additions and kept all occupied.

A car is essential as the resort is not within walking distance of any shops other than the on site well equipped SPAR, but that is a 2 km distance on the internal roads of the complex

The clubhouse food is of good quality and reasonably priced, although service is very slow.

Overall the resort is well maintained, and there is little or no noise. If you are looking for a very laid back holiday or Golf, this villa is a great choice and the owners were very attentive throughout the process .

We have stayed in several villas in this area and Villa Isobel is easily the best so far.  The attention to detail by the owners and their helpfulness were excellent.  The villa is extremely well equipped - satellite tv, wifi, bikes, table tennis, games plus the little extras such as numerous towels, additional toiletries and outside furniture made it a luxurious home from home.  The villa is situated in a quiet area of the resort with beautiful views of the hills.  We highly recommend the villa and will definitely be booking it again ourselves.

We stayed in this villa last week of July 2011. It  has everything you need and more. Fully equipped kitchen with ample crockery. Lovely barbecue area. The living room has all home comforts with full english TV. Pool area has table tennis and loads of room. There is a shallow end for toddlers, although it is slippy around the pool. Fairly private with nothing behind overlooking the villa. Air Conditioning brilliant !!! in every bedroom, essential on a night. Bedrooms lovely, with hairdryer and loads of towels and toiletries if you have forgotten any. Other reviews mentioned flies. We did get some, light a candle and it eases. A car is essential and would strongly recommend. If your there just for the golf then fine, however the club house and supermarket is about 15 minute walk  and the supermarket is way overpriced as is the club house bar. Beaches are 15 minute drive back towards airport, its mostly motorway.. take a map. The water Park on the outskirts of Murcia is about 20 euros each, it does have a zoo and they do offer you can go back the next day for free. The big shopping centre near the water park ( 10 mins) is massive with a Primark. Not open Sundays. Fantastic Villa with all staff (Bobby) helpful. If your flying from Murcia the Duty free shop is small and DOES NOT SELL CIGARETTES.

When we first arrived at the villa we were pleasantly surprised.  Although we felt the description was accurate, the photo gallery did not do justice to the beautiful spacious light and airy rooms. (Well stocked book shelf too)
We were visited at the property on the second day to make sure we had everything we needed. We did contact the property management on our last full day to inform them that a bird had flown into the oven extractor. Someone did come out but said he needed to return with different tools to remove it.  He never came back, so we were unable to use the cooker for our last day. We were out all day anyway so it didnt bother us.
The beach is a 25 minute drive without traffic and not 15 as stated in the file provided. It is definitely worth the drive though. It is a lovely beach.
The flies are a problem around the villa, sometimes making it impossible to sun bathe or eat outside. Even inside the villa they land on you all the time and you have to cover everything up so as not to attract them. Epecially wine, they love it!!
We had a lovely time at this property, the pool area is very spacious and pretty, and the golf club is great, with a nice restaurant, which has a beautiful view over the golf course.
I have never left a negative review for any holiday and I dont like reading petty reviews but the flies really are a nuisance. I do have to say though, that the 10 days we were there, the weather (according to a cafe owner) was extremely hot even for August. This might have been the reason for the amount of flies around.

Well furnished - great pool.
Very quiet but relaxing - Villa had everything we wanted.
Clubhouse views stunning - Supermarket on site , just opened .Bar and restuarant also opened - tried them once seemed good.

Had great time - weather superb very relaxing - would recommend this as a high quality villa with good security

The villa was beautifully decorated and furnished and there was a real sense of space and light.  The villa is also very well equipped with kitchen items, bedding, towels and beach towels.  Bedrooms are cool and comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend!  Plenty of space to relax around the pool and two separate eating / sitting areas, which was lovely.  Pool and pool are clean and safe.  There were six of us and only four sun loungers so another two loungers would have been helpful!  Very good value for money, would highly recommend to a friend and wouldnt hesitate in returning!
Only thing I would do differently would be eot ensure I hire a car as we didnt realise the size of the resort and it was a 45 minute walk up hill to the supermarket!  I think most people would probably hire a care anyway though.
Overall, me and the girls had a very relaxing few days, chilling out and sunbathing in a quiet space.
PS only other issue to consider, bewarre local security / police and garden maintenance people strolling through all the gardens without warning or prior notice!!!  This happened on a Tuesday morning when we were there.

We used the Villa for a golf weekend with the boys and had a great time . The courses were fab and the Villa exactly what we needed after a long day golfing all over the region a dip in the pool was perfect . Even though it was October temperatures were high. The area is very relacing I would recommend the Villa as we had everything we needed and the Villa Manager couldnt have been more helpful. The view over hte moutain ranges were stunning and the garden with the Olive tree and oleander was also very pretty.

Five Star Accommodation.  Great surrounding.  Resort lovely.  All round great holiday.  Would definitely book again next year.

I stayed at the Villa last week after the previous people. I booked the Villa via a link sent to me from a freind of the owners. I am very surprised at the previous review &#045; which had I seen before I went would have put me off booking the Villa. I have to totally disagree with them. They must be mad. The villa is furnished really well and my 2 children ages 3 and 7 had a great time in the pool&#040; although its not heated it was so hot we didn&#039;t mind&#041;. There were bikes for us to use and PS2 games, ipods, separate DVds and sky TV! We also used the table tennis table which was a real laugh. I have to say that it was suitable for our children. Bobby the Villa manager got us anything we required.such as high chair etc The resort isn&#039;t finished but my husband played golf on the resort and a restaurant, bar and supermarket are about to open I believe this week. Apart from that the drive to the other Polaris world supermarket was only 10mins away. Either way, we had a great time and I would recommend this to anyone.
