We arrived late at the property due to flight delay, it was well after midnight. The Owners representative was present and told us everything we needed to know. The Villa itself is in a beautiful and quiet location about a couple of km from the centre of Dalyan. It is walkable but in the summer heat you may not want to. Bikes are available if you wanted to ride in. We had a hire car and there are plenty of places to park in Dalyan for free. The pool is great and very private. The owner and his wife are a lovely couple. They visited the second villa while we were there and were very hospitable. The man who looks after the place when the owners aren't present has his own boat and is great if you want to do a private charter (turtle beach, thermal lakes, mud baths, ancient ruins, river cruise and sea adventure) . We visited for 2 weeks in August where the temp was about 35 degrees for the whole time. Villa is air conditioned which allows for good sleeping etc. Villa has everything you could need and the location allows you to explore the local area. Plenty of restaurants in Dalyan where the atmosphere is safe and not too busy. We had a late flight home but a later checkout wasn't a problem. We had a thoroughly relaxing time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa.

We were welcomed by the owners who were more than happy to help us settle in. They drove us to the town and explained lots to us and advised us. The villa was perfect for us, very quiet and comfortable, all we needed for our stay. The grounds and garden were beautiful. We hired a quad bike to get around which we loved, we got to town and to the beach easily, we used the quad bike everyday more than once, it was an amazing experience. The beach is fantastic, clean and with good eating area. The one thing I would like to mention about the villa is the pool, I didn't realise it was deep the whole way, I couldn't touch the bottom at any point, maybe this was in the write up and I missed it - this could be dangerous for families with young children. The pool was cleaned daily, as was the patio area and garden. There were also lots of cats, we love cats so not a problem to us. Overall we loved staying at Home Dalyan and would definitely visit again.

Lovely villa in a beautiful spot in the middle of the pomegranate fields. Spotlessly clean with all mod cons. It's a 20 minute walk to top end of town and migros supermarket the villa has shared bikes with villa fount 1. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The owner behçet is a lovely man great communication and was happy to help when we asked for a few extra towels. Would definitely book again. Mrs Ruth Witter.

Beautiful, clean villa with stunning views. Equipped with everything you need to make for an enjoyable holiday. We met the lovely owner Bechet and his family who were staying in the adjoining villa and made us very welcome. Dalyan and the surrounding area is rich in wildlife, great for exploring. We loved going into the main town and then returning to the peacefulness of the villa. We recommend a day trip on Akay’s boat ‘Simay-3’, breakfast at The Teras restaurant in Candir, Sunset Restaurant in the hills for stunning views and our favourite restaurant for dinner Alegria in Dalyan. We had a wonderful holiday and hope to return.

Always a great relaxing holiday at this house in the countryside with a lovely well kept pool and welcoming, helpful owners.

PERFECTION! We have stayed in many places in Turkey, especially Dalyan and we have now found our perfect place.. a hidden gem! AS 2 ladies in our senior years we were looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful, but near enough to Dalyan centre...we found it. With a delayed flight we arrived at Home Dalyan around 3.30am, and Kutays parents were there to welcome us. Such a lovely couple, nothing to much trouble. Welcome pack and homemade cakes made for us. These thoughtful gestures count and were a godsend. The villa is very homely, clean and everything you need. The pool is large with gardens and trees. The mountainous views from all aspects are stunning, it was wonderful just listening to the cockerels, cows sheep etc. It is half hour walk into Dalyan Taxi back no problem. Personally we cannot fault the villa...thankyou Kutay and wonderful parents! A fantastic holiday and will be returning. A few points, the pool has no shallow end, about 6feet deep. Upstairs balconies perhaps not suitable for children. There are quite a few well looked after cats around the property.

A beautiful villa, spacious and well kept, far enough away from the centre of Dalyan to feel really peaceful but close enough to walk in for the shops and restaurants. We were greeted by the owner's family who were staying in the adjacent villa and made us feel very welcome. Around the pool is secluded and peaceful, surrounded by fruit trees. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully go back again soon. Thank you.

La villa est très bien située, elle n'est pas loin du centre ville et aussi de la mer ( Iztuzu). Nous avons été acceuilli par les parents du propriétaire, ils sont très gentils, la maman nous avait préparés des petits cakes fait maison, ils étaient délicieux, nous avons reçu aussi un petit pack de provision. La piscine était très bien entretenue, et l'eau était bien chaude. La maison est très bien isolé. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Merci pour tout.

Had an excellent stay at Villa Fount, the Villa was peaceful with wonderful mountain views, the villa and pool area were spotlessly clean to a very high standard. The pool area was lovely and cleaned first thing in the morning. The owners were staying in the adjoining villa at the time we were there and we had a lovely breakfast with them on the day we were departing, thank you. The walk into town takes around 15 to 20 minutes, Can’t wait to return to Villa Fount next year.
