The owner met us at arrival, and  was kind and gently. He  gave us some information, and showed us around. However, I missed some important informations for instance what to do with the litter. We did not see or hear from him the rest of our stay. 
The appartment was clean and tidy, but had a caracteristic smell of moist and mould.. The property had a marwellous, breathtaking view over Cefalù bay.The garden was overgrown and needed maintainance. But overall, we had a fantastic stay in Cefalù, and would like to come back.

La location est bien située par rapport à la ville.
La vue sur CEFALU est remarquable.
Toutefois laccès à la location par la voie privée est assez exigu.
