Lovely property, clean and well presented, pool was a great feature, excellent area which was close enough to everything we needed but quiet enough to relax when needed. Would definitely stay again if visiting and would highly recommend to anyone else. Very pleased overall.

The property was exactly as described on Clickstay. It was well maintained, clean and spacious. The complex that it was part of is quiet and peaceful. We choose to have the pool heated and it was lovely. It was very close to everything we wanted to do and there are 2 golf courses within a 5 minute drive. There was a problem with the flush in one of the toilets which when reported the maintenance guy attended and fixed within 15 minutes. The pub just outside the gates of the complex was so handy and friendly and the food was good. The instructions from the airport were excellent but as our car rental was offsite from the airport we tried to put address and Zip code into the sat nav and it was not recognised. We discovered that the pub address and code was recognised so we stored it. We travel to Florida regularly and would not hesitate to book this house again. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay in Highgrove. The villa is ideally located just off the 192 with just a short drive to Disney and International Drive. The villa itself had everything you could ask for including a lovely west facing pool/patio area allowing for wonderful views of the sunset every night. Ray was a brilliant host, quick to respond and very flexible. We even had to rearrange flights due to hurricane Dorian but Ray was extremely helpful and flexible in ensuring we would not miss out any days from our stay. We could not recommend this villa enough and will definitely return here in the future.

We had a fantastic time in your lovely villa , it was well equipped and we had the best time ever. After a full day out it was great to come back to the villa and chill by the pool , the games room was an added bonus . We found it spacious enough for our group of two families 4 adults 1 teenager and two under 10 s . I thought the location was great, close to the Clubhouse and play area . We could not fault a thing and would highly recommend . Lesley , Barrie , Anthony , Jenna , Spencer , Logan and Luka . Hadgraft .

We have stayed in High Grove many times and Ray's villa stands amongst the best yet. It was immaculately clean, very well furnished, extremely comfortable and excellently located. Communication with Ray was excellent and he was extremely helpful. One very minor issue with the Dryer was quickly dealt with by Darren who conveniently was cleaning the pool at the time. We are already looking at next year, and hopefully once we've sorted out our dates, we will have no hesitation in staying at 510 again.

Lovely 4 bed villa. Well located near the 192 for access to the parks. 15 to 20 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to universal. Lots of eateries also on this road. Car essential but easy driving about in the US. Good communications with Ray the owner. Happy to recommend this villa.

We stayed in this villa in December 2017. The villa was spotless when we arrived and included all those little touches like toiletries and cleaning capsules which was a bonus. It was like home from home and everything from the location to the size of accommodation and pool were excellent. The pictures do not do the villa justice and I cannot fault the excellent communications with the owner before our arrival. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone considering staying here without a doubt.

The Villa is in a good location and within 20 mins to the Disney Parks and just over 1 hour to Busch Gardens. It is a good size. We enjoyed our stay. It ticked all the boxes. The pool temp was a bit hit and miss, sometimes cold and sometimes lovely and warm, but we didn't want to say anything as there was a $60 engineer call out charge. Games room was great. Cooking facilities were great. Hairdryer at the villa. Our family had a good stay there for 13 nights.
