I'm Australian and my husband is Spanish and for years we've enjoyed holidaying in Miami Playa. My husband's sister and his Uncle each purchased a villa in the Parc Salida complex about 5 years ago and raved about the location and the facilities. So much so, that when Casa Marina came up for sale in 2006 we just had to have it! Now we live in Melbourne and when the kids have their 6 week summer holidays in December and January (the opposite of the Northern Hemisphere) we go to the villa. We were there again in January 2012 and and the place was looking so good we honestly didnt want to leave.
