We’ve stayed in Huzur 4 or 5 times which obviously means that we’re very happy with everything about it.  Maybe the main benefit is that it’s in a quiet spot but less than 10 minutes from the centre. Villa very well looked after and good communication with the owner.

This is our 2nd stay at villa huzur and it didn’t disappoint .. great  location , great communication with Nicky the owner .. everything you could Possibly need in the villa and within a 5 minute walk to town ..
 beds are comfy , air con brilliant and even has fans of you needed a bit more . Only thing that would be nice is maybe a nice rattan furniture set outside ( but that’s just me being picky !! ) would def come back on out next trip to Dalyan . Thanks Nicky

This was a lovely well laid out villa with plenty of facilities. A short walk into town and very quiet and peaceful. 
Would definitely recommend it and are going to book again for next year.

Fabulous time at the villa.  Really loved the gardens which are mature and well maintained.  It’s in a great position with very easy walking access to all the shops restaurants and the river side and tombs.  We loved the pool - it doesn’t have a shallow end which is a disadvantage for non swimmers, but we all enjoyed using it.

We were a party of over 70’s who had a fabulous time at a fabulous location/ Villa. Arif our man on site was extremely helpful and made our stay trouble free.
The owner has been very helpful and answered questions we had in a very timely fashion.
I would recommend this Villa to anyone.

This is a beautiful villa, a great location and it has everything you need.  Nicky has been great changing dates for us and being an absolute star during Covid.

One of the best equipped villas we have ever rented in Dalyan.
Lovely location and a very comfortable distance from town, the bikes provided were an added bonus and used regularly by us to explore the further reaches of Dalyan.
We have always loved the Maraş area of Dalyan and look forward to our next holiday in 20.20.

Everything you could possibly need or want was provided. Our family really enjoyed our two week stay. We would absolutely have no concerns about recommending this villa to any type of parties.

Villa was lovely in a quiet area, and only a short walk to the bars and restaurants. 
A well equipped and spacious villa, we spent quite a few days poolside.
There was enough to do and see locally, we went on a couple of trips, recommend the mud baths, so there is no real need to hire a car.
Locals are very friendly, some very nice bars and restaurants, 
Would certainly come back again

The Villa ws everything we imagined and more. Room for all 6 of us to enable us all to have our own space when needed. Excellent pool, garden and location. I cant thank Nicky enough for allowing us to enjoy her property. We have been to Dalyan many times but this holiday was enhanced so much by the excellent Villa. Michelle Oliver, Filey N.Yorkshire.
