Villa was amazing, set in beautiful surroundings. Only comment would be that it is slightly more remote from towns than anticipated. Fabulous for a very relaxing break though, highly recommend.

We have just returned home from a wonderful holiday at Villa Izzy.  every consideration had been taken into account to make our holiday enjoyable.  The location was peaceful and close enough to enjoy the areas to the west and east though Dalaman itself did not offer much.  On the last night we visited Akkaya Gardens restaurant and I wish it was an area we had explored more as there seemed to be activities being offered in the area. i.e canoeing etc  Sarigerme had a lovely beach though proved to be a disappointment in the evening as many of the restaurants and shops were owned by the same owners.  This gave it a feeling of just being geared up for the tourist and we were asked many times what country we were from so they could do there sales pitch.  It left a feeling of being ripped off. Dalyan is beautiful and offers boat trips that cover visits to local areas, though Caunos the ancient city can be reached by boat and small walk without the expense of a big trip. (10L each)  Likewise the Itzuzu beach can be reached independently if you have transport.  Gocek is worth a visit though not sure if there is a beach. There is much to do in the region as well as relaxing by the pool. Ahmet was very helpful and spoke very good English.  The only downside was that maid service was offered but this was a no show.

The villa is roomy,well equipped with a large sun terrace,but there is shaded areas throught the day.Being up in the hills,there was a gentle
breeze, very refreshing! The pool is cleaned daily,and the gardens are
well maintained.
A car is essential,but the main roads are good, and travelling to towns and the beach was easy.The car rental man,Ahmet,was very helpful,and there are emergency telephone numbers in the book at the 
villa if needed
We all had amost enjoyable holiday and will certainly consider going
back,

Fabulous is the only word for our holiday at the villa!  

It is a truly wonderful property.  I loved that we were not overlooked by any other property.

Definitely rent a car though.

The villa is beautiful and set in peaceful, tree-lined mountains which were very picturesque. The villa itself has good quality fittings, was very clean, spacious...the kitchen was fully equipped and we were very fortunate that the previous occupant left lots of food! Bonus! It really is a 5 star villa. The management company were good and reacted in a reasonable time to our problems. 
I would recommend this villa to those looking for a peaceful, away from it all location as the nearest good restaurant is 15 mins away and the nearest tourist resorts were 25 mins away. Sarigerme beach is about 25 mins away but you have to park, then wait for a tractor then pay again to access the beach then pay again for loungers! It took about an hour to get on the beach. Turtle beach (Izitsu) is lovely and takes about 35mins by car if you continue through Dalyan....a little too remote for our family.
My tips for the owners are.....1. Leave ant killer available as the maintenance guy killed the ants he saw but didnt leave any for others so we bought our own   2. As there was no maid service in the 15 days we were there some cleaning products should be made available for the guests to use (if they wish)

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations from the car hire company meeting us at the airport and taking us to the villa ( what service !) to the location and decor of the villa . Maybe the isolation of the villa is not to everyones taste - you definately need a car and do need to drive everywhere- however for us it was perfect . The site maintenance support was excellent and so friendly and the villa owner ensured that clear details of local  amenities/contacts etc were sent to us before our holiday in addition to a detailed information file left in the villa. We found the villa   clean and well resourced  which included basic food supplies ( water, tea, bread butter jam etc) and wanted for nothing. There is no maid service however and my only slight critisism was the lack of cleaning materials. However overall I couldnt fault the whole holiday experience from the  hospitable &amp; friendly locals, fantastic food, wonderful beaches and sights and of course the villa. Thank you so much to the owners and we are booking next year  as long as we can still get in !!

A little too rural for us.  There was nowhere to go of a night as Gocek and Dalyan was quite a drive away and there was nothing in Dalaman itself. Could have been a lot more helpful information in the villa information book.  We didnt know there was no maid service after the first week.  There was a welcome pack with milk etc. but no teabags, coffee or sugar.  Just a small amount would have been helpful especially if youre a late arrival.  No tupperware type storage pots to put anything in, not even any salt &amp; pepper.  In fact there was absolutely nothing.  Not even any cleaning stuff to keep the villa clean.  It said torches were provided in the bottom drawer, but they had no batteries in them.  There were no spare bulbs for the living area lights and most of them were out.  Also the batteries were nearly run down in the TV hand controls, so we had great trouble with that.  Renters should not have to provide this stuff for the owner of the villa. Also no information as to what to do with the villa keys on departure. We had to telephone to get the info we needed. Villa was lovely and the views stunning, but just a couple of little improvements would help a lot.

Clean, well furnished and well catered for. It had everything needed to provide comfort and relaxation. Would have no hestiation in recommending it and re-visiting definitely!!

The property was fantastic.  Large rooms with plenty of space.  The pool was lovely and the situation was perfect for getting away from everything. Very satisfied with everything.

The only let down was the electricity and water supplies - completely out of the control of the owners of the property.

The situation means that a car is required and walking to shops etc was not an option.  But again, lovely position at the base of the hills there.

Very pleased.
