Nice enough villa but has some different features and the description does not match what is on offer.
The not so good: dont use the kettle if its still there as it trips the power there is no entertainment system, DVD, CD, Radio or internet or iron. Storage consists of a wardrobe in each room and a side board in the lounge with two large drawers. There is a lot of spare bedding in those wardrobes so not much room for hanging dresses.
Mosquitos are around and if you close the doors in the evening to avoid them, then it does get very warm in the house as no fans or AC. No lamps or bedside tables.
The good: comfortable villa, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Nice outdoor kitchen & BBQ. Pool is small but cools you down when needed. Great views of the bay from the balcony, had breakfast there every morning.
Try Tes-co in the village for bread and pastries. Nice food at restaurant on far side of the bay. Have cash as not sure anywhere in village takes credit cards. Supermarket at Marina does.
Easy drives to Split (ferries to Brac etc), Trogir (shame about the sewage straight into the sea), Krka national park.
Villa could do with some guides, leaflets etc of what is around. Also could do with details of what to switch on where if the power does go, though Irenas son will talk you through on the phone but can be costly from your mobile.
Villa is 500m from the pebble beach. I think previous reviews are not for this villa, as you cant sleep more than 4 friendly adults and a child.
Overall a nicely chilled stay but could have been more for the money.
